I was actually on the way to another restaurant when the smell of BBQ caught my attention (and I forgot about the other place). The food is very nice, but the buns for the sandwiches are a bit thick and slightly dry; something a bit doughier would be nice.

Hate when you pay for ribs and they're all dried out. These were perfect. Truly smoked and tender. Very little fat and so much meat for only a half slab. Just replaced our favorite rib place in Nashville.
