Omaha Steakhouse

Made a reservation for February 15th , we arrived and were told by the manager it would be a 35 minute wait. The dining room was empty, however they only had one server scheduled for a busy Saturday night. Sent us to the bar and offered to buy us a drink. Hubby had a craft beer and it was good the cocktails were so strong I couldn't drink it. Were take to a table with no working lights when we were seated. Flatbread appetizer was very good, the rest was not. We both ordered the filet and when they arrived they were cold, we had to send them back. The new steaks came out hot but the potatoes were still cold. Was very disappointing for the cost and will not ever go back.

What can I say, I love a good steak! Daniel was our server, and since we had my wife's grandmother out to dinner with us, we had an amazing appetizer known as bleu- cheese chips! Never had 'em before, but we will again! A pleasant evening, makes me glad the arrowhead couldn't get us in... oh, and the lobby is great!

The service is terrible here. We sat for a good 15 minutes waiting for our waiter to acknowledge us. When I got up and said something to the hostess she said he'll get to you when he can. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he's talking to someone and is unavailable. The excuses were plentiful and the service was practically non existent. It was not busy at all. There's plenty of great restaurants right out side the front door of this hotel so go to one of them and be treated like your business means something.
