Love their lunch buffets. Their dinner menus are great as well, however I love the variety available at the buffet, and at such a reasonable price too! Customer service is always really great as well: we always see at least one of the owners when we go and they're always personally checking how each table is doing. One of our favorite restaurants. ☺

Amazing taste. Took me back to India. Spicy and yummy food.

This is probably the best Indian restaurant in town, especially now that Minerva is closed. From the outside this looks like a very sketchy restaurant, in a run down strip mall by a dilapidated bowling alley. They really did a great job on the interior though, it is very shocking going in and seeing the inside after looking at the outside. We have only had the buffet but have heard good things about the pasta as well.

Great food and attentive service! I've been during lunch buffet and during dinner service. They do a great job at dialing in the spiciness of the dishes as ordered, in that my dinner companion's 5 star, extra spicy dish was actually spicier than my 4 star, spicy dish, which doesn't always happen at other places. I recommend going during the lunch buffet because of the good variety but the dinner menu is great as well.

Ordered food there and it was pretty good and prices were not too bad either. Got there at the time they said I should and food was packed and ready for pick up. Definitely worth trying, if you like Indian.

Nice ambience , excellent service , loved the South Indian Pongal and medu Vada ! Excellent buttermilk to drink! Good for the summer and especially when tummy hurts due to on road job:) they have scope make the chutneys better and sambar too.

New to town and it was great. Helpful and happy staff. Lunch buffet is good. Exactly what i want Indian food to be. Comfortable but quality

I've been here multiple times and the food is some of the best Indian I've ever had. They also have a great beer and liquor selection. The only word of caution is this: usually the service is quite good; however, occasionally (maybe three times out of the ten or so times I've been) the service will be very poor. Not really any rhyme or reason to why except that the owner is a fantastic server, but some of her staff are decidedly not. While that risk might occasionally leave you frustrated, I'd say it's well worth it.

Stopped here for a quick dinner on Saturday night. Food came quickly. Ordered the house special biryani (lamb, chicken, goat, shrimp) and vegetable uthappam. Authentic flavors, didn’t feel watered down for the American palate. If this isn’t the best Indian restaurant in the Madison area it should be.

We love the food here and the atmosphere but the staff is so slow. One meal we waited two hours to get our food. We just visited again the other day for lunch and again we had to track people down to order off the menu. Once we ordered the food came quickly. We do order out so we don’t have to wait with our children.

Nice buffet. Food is mostly cooked by south Indian style. Paneer dishes and sweet lassi was testy. Limited dish options are available. 8.99 and 6.99(veg)

Om is THE BEST, and I mean THE BEST Indian food I have ever had. My sweetie and I come her at least once a week, the owners and waitstaff are super friendly - you can tell they are so emotionally invested in their guests having a positive experience. The buffet is a must, countless options to try all at once and they keep the buffet incredibly fresh all day.Every menu item is also labeled so you can easily tell which items are vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free. Tons of vegan options - no where else in Madison has this many consistently delicious options. We love it so much we want them to cater at our wedding. WE LOVE OM <3
