Great place for a hearty breakfast or lunch.

Food is great, but was asked to pay for a 5 cent bag to hold a very hot pasta bowl when I ordered the food using "mealpal". The mealpal service is meant to be used to skip lines and save time. Ridiculous that I was asked to pay for a plastic bag when I was handed a for pasta bowl so hot that I couldn't hold it.

Makes me sad to write this review, I used to go here for lunch 3/4 days out of 5 on average. One major pro this place's salad bar had was the decent quality olive oil. It was never mystery oil, just grocery chain glass bottle off the shelf stuff. For whatever reason (cost saving maybe?) that's not a thing any more, having been replaced with nondescript foul-tasting probably canola oil poured into generic glass bottles.Edit in response to the owner: I will happily update my review accordingly. To be honest, I don't think the oil I've had was olive but I could be wrong. I've had non extra-virgin before and I don't think it tasted the same.

This place used to be much better. Today, you still find multiple hot meal options(changes daily) and a huge salad bar. The good side is the staff, always friendly and smiling.However, it seems they use a lot of sodium to preserve the food, this includes the salad(I notice it on my weight whenever I have to eat there more than once every week).  Also, the food quality is getting lower and lower. I really hope they get a wake-up call and not rely on the fact they are one of the few buffets in downtown. I know a lot of regulars who stopped to eat there.

I absolutely love the food here, it’s to die for. The staff there are friendly and so sweet. They provide so many options and amazing tasting food at an affordable price. They are my go to when I’m downtown Toronto.

Got a roast beef sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Ingredients tasted fresh, plentiful, and well priced. Ordered through ritual to skip the line. I'll be back to try the same and more!

Accidentally turned the sunny-side egg over and realized the whole bottom has this disgusting black guck, its not even charcoal, i don’t know what this is, i tried to scrape it off but it was futile. Makes me question the rest of the food

I used to love this place. Quality (and quantity) of the food is way down and prices are up. I will pass on getting my dinner there on the way home from work.

Excellent service and reasonably priced

I walked in by chance and picked a coupled of salads as they were reasonably priced. I loved both of them. They have a huge variety, I'll definitely revisit to try other items

My go to place for lunch. Great food if you want to stay on budget and eat healthy. Staff is great.

The food is usually really good with lots of flavour. Sadly, the last few times I have bought an egg salad wrap there have been huge chunks of egg shells in it, making it very difficult to enjoy and I've ended up just throwing them away. I've also found a hair in my food when I bought from the hot table... Another issue is that the staff who prepares the sandwiches/omelets is not very pleasant... I haven't bought many breakfast sandwiches from here because each time they've made a mistake and the lady preparing it throws it on the top shelf without a word - I've waited 15 minutes once until I realized that my sandwich had been thrown there waiting for me to pick me it up.My point is I probably will only buy bottled water/juice from here.

I went this week to this place, while i was waiting to order, i could hear someone from the kitchen burping... disgusting. Ofc, i left the place and never come back

Good price. Tea is $1.25 any size and love their oatmeal $3.29 for unlimited toppings . Lunch time get super busy though.
