Olive Garden

This is our all the time family fav place. Servers are amazing , very friendly and courteous.

Generally a solid choice, last night was an exception. The place was packed so I’m sure that impacted the service. We were a party of five celebrating my birthday. I received an incorrect drink order (gin instead of vodka). The thing that put me over the edge was a long hair on my son’s salmon. The manager was quickly called and did apologize. He ordered a replacement but we had to get that order to go since it was a busy night and took a while to replace. They did comp that meal and I understand that occasionally “stuff happens”, but It was just unfortunate that we couldn’t all enjoy the birthday celebration together. I believe OG is better than this. We just had a bad experience.

WOW! Food is always incredible. Staff is friendly! BEST COVID 19 drive through experience BY FAR!!! Only a 2 minute wait! Plus they had 10 park spots available for pick up! Plus NO CONTACT pick up! Pay online for the quickest and most sanitary experience! Way to go Olive Garden! Nailed it!

We went for lunch and had the BEST waiter! He was so helpful and really took care of our requests like we were his only patron! Food was great, as always... And we took meals home for later!

So I drive a semi parked 1/4 mile away at a pilot truck stop. Minimum order $25 to deliver. Glad I don't deliver product to them. Thank you for lack of consideration to truck drivers.

I had an Awesome waiter. Very good italian food with all you can eat bread sticks. 3-5pm comes with a very good and nicely priced "early dinner" special.

We did enjoy our visit to Olive Garden. The service from Amber was excellent and the food was excellent also. Three had soup and salad and one had an entree. We also enjoyed an Aniveressy and a Birthday at our table.

Food was very good and portions were plentiful. My only complaint was it was loud & it wasn't even a peak time of day. Tables are very close & it was unavoidable to hear others conversations.

My children treat me to dinner sometimes, and I love Olive Garden's endless salad bowl and bread sticks, of course their pasta, too! The food and service is amazing. I always end up taking more than half my entree home. That's okay though, Grammy really enjoys it for lunch the next day. Lol...

My wife and I had a lovely meal here this afternoon. Service was good, and they helped us find great options for a vegan meal. We will be back!

Fantastic time. It was Valentine's day and crowded. The server was great (Asia, I believe is her name). The food was very well prepared.

Great service! Our waitress Cindy was so sweet, very polite and very attentive young woman. The kids ordered items off the kids menu which they gobbled up. My husband and I each had a shrimp pasta dish which were good. The restaurant was clean, the food was good and had great service. If we visit Tennessee again, we would return to this location.

I can't believe I'm only giving 4 stars- I love the Olive Garden! But, they seemed to be struggling to actually provide service. The wait staff were hustling, but they appeared to be stretched too thin. Their prices have gone up with the service not able to take time to stop and really be attentive.

This is always a great place to eat. We only had to wait 10 minutes to get a table. The food was great, as usual. Our waitress was very nice and attentive to our needs. Their breadsticks are addictive. I love the atmosphere inside the restaurant. They really try to make it seem like you are in Italy. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

Everytime, every meal, every service is good. Will be back again.
