Olive Garden

We had a good time here. The food was good and our server was very nice and attentive. She offered us a tasting of one of their wines and hurried to get me another bowl of soup when the first was kinda the last they had.

I love Olive Garden. Their food is absolutely wonderful. And their bigger portions are so big I had to take more than half of mine home. The waitress was so delightful and polite and made the experience so great. They really do make you feel like family

Went for all you can eat stuffed pasta. Great server who made sure to put in our orders quickly and retrieved our drink order fast as well. Will go again.

Food was good. We were a big party of 14 and service also good. I got the grilled chicken tortelloni and berry sangria. My mom had the shrimp scampi n some lasagna. She said lasagna was good n to much pasta w the scampi (buts she s 83). She had wine ,salad and the rasperry tea n dessert so she was happy. Others seemed pleased with their meal as well. The only not so good part was they had us in bad location and tried to make table a L shape which crunched a few people in wheelchairs. Overall what you expect from olive garden

Everything was so delicious. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I'm stuffed but it was a great celebratory meal. Thank you!

My wife likes going here for lunch. I did too, however since they redid their lunch menu, going here for me is a chore. We typically get entrees with unlimited soup and salad. Getting soup and salad refills takes forever. Getting your final check takes forever. If you pay via cash or need your server for any transaction beyond swiping your credit card, it takes forever. My big gripe is how long it takes to eat and actually get out of an Olive Garden.

The wait was short friendly environment and the pasta was undercooked. Reasonable price. don't get me wrong I will go to Olive garden but not the one in Jonestown, I would go to the one in Lancaster or Harrisburg but I will not go Jonestown again.

Horrible staff!!! 😡😡I called for a pickup order at 8:26 p.m. a young lady answered and promptly put me on hold. She picked back up at 8:31 p.m. and told me that Olive Garden was no longer taking orders after 8:30 and hung up on me while I was speaking mid-sentence. I called back and my call was answered by a young man who hung up on me while I was telling him what happened. I called back 3 times and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. I called from another phone and someone else answered. This time a manager named Jared. Jared insisted that his staff would never hang up on customers Ohhhh yes they did!!! Jared took my order and was very gracious. I almost don't trust eating it just because of those two unprofessional and rude staff members. I definitely will be contacting the General Manager as soon as this Covid 19 passes.

Originally I had a problem with this place because they weren't affirming to me being a transgender woman . I recently went back there and had a great experience which surprised me . The most friendliest server I've ever met her name is Amy who works there she is amazing. She's very compassionate and also professional and knows her product line. I was a chef for 21 years so I know what a good server acts and performs like. I will go back there often and enjoy this restaurant again..

Food and service is good. Highly recommend making a reservation. Always a long wait.

Food & drinks were great. Our server was excellent and helped with choosing meals. Food came out nice & hot.

My favorite. Everything is always good.. My family has all of our birthday dinners and other celebratory dinners here ... Because we know we will always get great food .. And awesome service ...

We had a reservation, but our group waited an hour to be seated. The food doesn't taste the same as it used to. It seems lower quality. The soup tasted like it was from a can. The waitress visited our table twice during the dinner, and we ran out of water several times. The food and service was not worth the price.

Service was lacking tonight. Our server seemed overwhelmed and kind of forgot about us for 30 minutes. Appetizer came out cold too, but the soup, salad and breadsticks are always good.
