I want to express what a terrible experience I had being a first time customer, I spent an hour trying to get ahold of you and nothing but dead calls there was no air to even think the call was connected, and when I told the manager she had the Audacity to say I need to be patient there busy, I understand that but why isn’t there hold music? That’s what she said maybe I don’t have the hold music on? And not only the hour waiting to see if anything happens with the calls 5 min in or longer of course I disconnect, there was no way of me knowing I was on hold and there check out online was completely white out and glitchy I tried both mine and partners phone and nothing so I went down there to have them take my order and that’s all the manage had to say. extremely unsatisfied and I will post this on the web for a review I am not someone to complain to be 100% honest this is my first bad review Iv ever done, going out of my way to write about terrible experience.

Great food as always! The service was fantastic, Lacey was wonderful as a server, and multiple employees made sure our water glasses were always full. The only complaint is that their wait is too long. Frequently >1 hour if you arrive after 6pm. They did beat their time estimate though, taking us to our table faster than anticipated. If you love Olive Garden, go to this one!

Ordered food for a family whose grandparent passed away. Half of alfredo included shrimp (which wasn't ordered) and they only provided enough noodles for 2 adults (order was for 4-6adults).Olive Garden offered to provide more noodles or a gift card. Rather than have family drive back to Olive Garden for more noodles, we accepted the gift card. After ruining our goodwill gesture, they gave us a $15.00 gift card (order was for $136.00!). Insulting.

I like the look and cleanliness of this location versus others. When it comes to Olive Garden, this is a good location for dining. When it comes to great Italian food, it’s subpar. Most meals come with free salad and breadsticks. Our salad seemed a little heavy on the dressing, and our breadsticks were not as warm and soft. However, the waitress was great and brought us fresh new breadsticks. Every time we come here we have great interaction with our wait staff. Some of our noodles were stuck together and hard, but overall the meal was good. We did order a meal with steak, and I asked for my steak to be medium, and it came out just right.

Great server and service. Food was not up to par. Grilled chicken was completely hard and dry . Usually IT'S A LOT better. Disapointed..

Good food, pretty slow service. They could have been super busy, but our server took well over 10 minutes to get to our table once we had been seated.

Celebrated my birthday there this year . We had a large group of 13 people. The waitress and waiter were so patient with our group. They brought out our salad and drinks very quickly. Our order even came up perfectly time as we finished our salads. All our dinners were prepared exactly to order . The food was just the right temp. considering the just served all 13 of us at the same time.

Great food as normal, good attention to social distancing

I used their online wait-list and when I arrived I was told that it would be 5-10 minute wait. Which was great because when I got on the wait list it was originally 40-60 minutes. It took longer than 10 minutes to get our table, but still better than the original 60 if I hadn't got on the list ahead of time. Our server was great! She was very personable and willing to help. There were a few things, but that's because servers are human just like everyone else. Overall she did a fantastic job. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the wait time once we got there. We plan on going back again.

I haven't been to Olive Garden for years. We were so pleasantly surprised that it was so good! Clean and the staff are very personable and friendly. The place is will run as well. Must have a good manager. I don't give 5 stars because I have eaten in little Italy and nothing compared to that. But for good American Italian food, it was amazing.

Some Olive Garden restaurants are better than others. This is one of the REALLY GOOD ones! Expect a crowd at lunchtime. But no worries. Experienced servers move quickly. Great prices and quality fresh Italian food. Try the hot bread sticks with a side of Alfredo sauce with soup and salad. My daughter taught me that little OG secret. Lol 😘

Ordered a to-go. The calamari was amazing! Had a problem with my steak but Lori the manager was amazing!! Also the salads are always good! Thanks Lori- might be spelling or pronouncing her name wrong. Glasses dark long hair. Amazing!

It's our 30th wedding anniversary and wanted to eat out. Since we're here at home, we ordered delivery. The food is hot and amazing! The driver was great too! Everything is just like we were at the restaurant itself, no disappointment here. Thanks for making our evening great during this crazy time!

Great lunch deals. All you can eat salad and soup for $7.99. Or build your own pasta dish $10.99. Love the creamy mushroom sauce and the shrimp fritta. Our server Amber was amazing.

Definitely always busy. Be sure to call ahead, if possible! Bread sticks are usually always on point! If you like chain Italian food, come here! Alwaysa delicious!
