Like they say, "When you're here, you're family." I don't know about your family. However, money doesn't exchange hands following a meal with my family. How about we call it, "Really close friends." Now, let me if I could, suggest, that the closest friends are those that you visit around 11am. All of them have a smile and say hello, but perhaps become exasperated as the day grows long and smiles lose elasticity. The taste of the food is the same.
