The food at our local Olive Garden is consistently "okay", but over priced in my opinion for what you get. The service, however, is very hit or miss. They always seem to be understaffed for the customer load they experience... especially on the weekends. We waited nearly an hour to be seated on our last visit...(granted this was at 7:00 on a Saturday night) only to wait an additional 15 minutes for our waiter to even come to our table once seated. I would like to say this was a one-time thing, but we've had similar experiences on previous visits.

Had not been to an Olive Garden in several years. I used the call ahead wait list option and was able to get a table with very little wait. We had good service from our waiter, and our food tasted great.

Usually zero complaints. But... I had the stuffed chicken marsala which was very dry and cold. The mashed potatoes were cold as well. Bread and salad we're excellent as always and so was our waiter.
