Olive Garden

We went on a Monday evening. After a ten minute wait, we were seated. The waiter offered us some wine to taste but I ended up with a water and the husband with a raspberry lemonade, which he enjoyed.We both chose the endless stuffed pasta deal they had. We also ordered the fried mozzerella. We waited a bit longer then expected for the bread sticks, salad and soup to come out. It all tasted great when we finally got it though. The pasta was filling and delicious. The second order was, as expected, a much smaller portion.The waiter was prompt with filling our drinks and removing empty plates. He was timely with asking if we needed anything, very friendly and nice. I went to use the restroom before we left. The restroom was clean, but really small stalls. Not comfortable at all!

Our server was excellent, but I could tell others were struggling. I had a baked pasta that was excellent, I feel like much of it was actually made for me, not just something heated out of a bag. I also had the sausage soup that was ok, but not full of flavor, I would probably just stick to a salad next time, but would order the baked pasta again. My wife had an angel hair pasta with shrimp that she enjoyed, but feels she would not order it again.

We waited a while for our food and when they did come out, our pastas were cold and dry. The sauces were dried up, the melted cheeses were clumped and the pastas were hard. I understand that they want to bring the food all out at the same time but when it’s a large group, this doesn’t work unless they are kept under a warmer. The only saving grace was the service which was exceptional and the oven donuts for my daughter’s birthday was a nice touch.

Our server Jordan was great, really knew his stuff. It was rather busy so it took a while for our food to come. The wait was supposed to be about 30 minutes but it ended up being 45. It's olive garden, the corporate standards are pretty much set.

If you like Olive garden this is a good one to go to... The layout is great, very cozy... The food is decent... They have an above average staff

It's a good chain restaurant with decent Italian food. We caught the early bird special, which seemed like a pretty good value since it includes salad and breadsticks. Waitresses were nice and friendly.

A cozy family friendly restaurant on Madisons east side. They serve great Italian food. There are unlimited breadsticks and soup /salad served with each meal order. You definitely get a lot of food! I always bring home leftovers. The staff was wonderful and super friendly. Great customer service here at this location. We will be coming more often.

Great food and service! Our waitress was wonderful and always made sure we had fresh breadsticks and refills for drinks, soups, and salad. Everything tasted delicious! I wish I could remember our waitress's name - she really worked hard and we were very grateful for a stress-free meal! She also gave great suggestions when I asked. Also, I would like to note that we were seated promptly - much sooner than the ten minute wait we were expecting.

I love this place. They have a great general manager and great staff. The food I just amazing!!!

It's not real Italian... But still pretty good. 😊

If I could have another half star it would be 4 and a half stars. Great service immediately seated. Awesome food and prices were so good. Loved the salad bread sticks and soup with the meal. I definitely am going back Madison has such great restaurants and Olive Garden is one.

Very good service. 5$ wine while you wait to get seated. Soups are very good. Ambience is inviting.

The food was delicious. The waitress did not take care of us properly, she was not aware of our service. We had to ask another girl to serve us more drinks.
