I could complain about my curbside order not being ready until 50 mins past it's due time, or that the food being lukewarm. But my bigger concern is the lack of sufficient safety measures. I paid for my order online. But as I waited in my car noticed other customers paying the wait staff in cash or card. I noticed one customer who dug their fingers in their nose hand their money to the staff who wasn't wearing gloves, who in turn handed other customers their food. I saw another customer laying against his car coughing who then used the communal pen given by the staff to sign his receipt. There are so many opportunities for cross contamination. You should to do more to protect your staff and other customers. If there was one customer who was positive then the contagion could have easily been passed from the staff to others customers or their orders especially if those staff members are also packaging the orders. I don't think this was well thought out.

So many reasons to love Olive Garden. The food is so good. Lets be honest the salad and bread sticks we all can throw down when it comes to them. One reason I love them even more is the pasta passport to Italy. That opportunity Olive Garden gave was AMAZING! That was the best trip hands down I have ever been on. Not to mention the friends that became family on our trip. I had so much fun getting to know the reason Olive Garden strives to bring us great food by visiting the most amazing places and taste the foods they have tasted. I will forever be thankful for the experience they gave my husband and I and the new love for Italian food.

Always love Olive Garden! Went there to pick up Valentine's Dinner to go. It was packed, as expected. The meal was pretty spot in except the bread sticks were kind of hard and the cheesecake dessert melted and tipped over because they had everything already in the bag when I arrived and it was sitting among the hot food. Other than that it was good!
