Food quality was good and service was good. Long waiting times though so get there early.

I love this restaurant I had the wrong gift card but still had some cash on me but we always come here and they are always so friendly and helpful and just a great place to eat I'm missing some picture of my meal it was delicious can't wait to come back and I will make sure I check my cards next time

We, too, had a very negative experience at this location. That said, I see that whomever is responding to these reviews is posting the EXACT SAME GENERIC REPLY to every post...so why bother pouring my thoughts out when I already know how you will respond? Cold, insulting, and “missing the mark” when it comes to exhibiting appropriate customer service...

Placed a order for pickup and waited an additional forty minutes for my food with no apology or anything. Just kept being told “just a few more minutes. Just a few more minutes” never received an apology or any offer to comp any of my food, which blew me away as my food was all cold and disgusting by the time I got everything. Disappointing experience.

Food was delicious, only thing I did not like was they sat my family and I on the bar side as I have two young kids.

Service was great. Lunch was very good. They may need to walk next door to Red Lobster to see how the prepare the appetizer 'Stuffed Mushrooms because the they're not cooking it properly. Otherwise everything else was good.

Server was amazing, however partially my fault for ordering a steak at Olive Garden and thinking it would be good. With the steak came a side of broccoli that I didn't receive initially and had to remind 2 seperate people of it. Not one appoylogy just a simple the cook missed it, ya the cook the line and the server missed it. I'll pass when in the area again.

Server was nice. But poor service, my drink should never be empty. Watched managers stand in a wall, and chat with 2 other workers, they should have been supporting there staff. No managers ever went around & checked on the customers @ their tables, if there was anything they needed.We ordered soup & salad. Customer should never chase down there server, he should have been asking when our bowl of soup was half empty, if he could put in another order for us. Watched another customer, trynto chase down server, because he wanted cheese in his salad.....We went for late lunch, early dinner.I am ashamed of the service, this location is giving, this area is tourism area also.Corporate office needs to step in, obviously managers either don't care or are clueless.

Yesterday I came to have dinner ... I went inside. almost vomited from the smell. the stench stood inside as if someone had died for a long time. guys my advice to you as a marketer, want to sell more food? want people to be happy, not just stuff their stomachs. and aesthetically enjoyed your restaurant. buy a coffee flavored flavor. the restaurant should smell like food! without causing a gag reflex.

One of the best Olive Garden I been to in Kansas City. Staff are amazing and customers oriented. The food are very tasty. Recommended.

My son loves to go here when they have the buy a second meal to take home for $5.00. The service is always fast and friendly. Not my favorite for great Italian food but it is consistent and good. My family loves the all you can eat salad and bread sticks and I feel like we are getting three meals for the price of one. They do have a gluten free menu and have now added zoodles to their menu.

C'mon...it's Olive Garden!!! They've established themselves as the "go-to" place over the years and have never let me down!👌🏿Food is amazing and drinks are even better!
