Olive Garden

Tried to eat here tonight and got seated and after 15 minutes without seeing our server at all or greeted or any communication from anyone at all we got up and left. Strange experience...lame.

Been twice in the last 6 month. Food is good but not great. Service is fine. Seems like they are more interested in quantity over quality.

The food is good and their salad and bread sticks, which come with all meals, are very good. I had the salmon for the first time and it was pretty good. Went there with a group of people and everyone enjoyed their food. It's a good Italian restaurant we can count on having a good meal.

i would give one star if i could, Olive Garden has the WORST service. when i came to curb side pick up, i asked one of you servers a question and she just completely walked away from me and ignored everything I understand times are tough right now, but that still gives NO excuse to be disrespectful to you're customers. i ordered food online, and was told it was going to be ready at a certain time, but when i arrived to the store i had to wait almost an hour and a half for my food. Also, the waitress who brought out my food straight up lied to me, and was not being complicated with the customer. i am extremely disappointed with this service, as i have been coming to this olive garden for over 10 years, and this ONE experience will no have me no longer returning.

What a fantastic experience. Brandon was great, the food was really good. Overall super impressed.

Just felt like fast food. Had to wait 15 minutes to get a table for 2 when nobody was waiting but us. Then people came in after us and we're seated before us 2x. Fine, no big deal. Plate was hot but food wasn't. Service was very passive and not attentive. Also paying the bill on the electronic device that stays at the table is not classy or personable. Just felt like fast food and was looking forward to a lovely Sunday lunch.

Went in for a late lunch and was hoping they might have a lunch menu. I haven't ate here in at least 5 yrs. Yowza! Saturday after X-mas, everyone and their mother was there and no lunch menu. Decided not to stay and eat because I wasn't in the market to spend $20 for each of us to have lunch. While we pondered the menu though, we did order 2 cokes @ an exciting price of $6.++. Weirdest thing telling the waitress you've decided not to stay. Then watching her register the info... I did give her $2 for her time and effort. (Yep, got me for almost $10) Will eat there in the future just not this go around. Was good 5 yrs ago!

Excellent place, they served us super well, Leslie and Pedro are excellent waiters, we previously went to Olive Garden in Everett and had a bad experience with the team, but this Olive Garden is excellent, the attention, the service, the food, everything was Excellent.

My mom and I came here last time and it was kinda whack but my dad and my brother came today and it was so good. The server we got totally made the experience 1000x better!! Her name was Jordan and she was super nice and even took a picture with us! Definitely gonna come back because she was so cool!! OLIVE GARDEN NEEDS TO GIVE HER A RAISE ASAP! THANK U JORDAN!!!

We love this Olive Garden. The food here is always good always hot always served pretty quickly. The wait staff is always attentive but not overly intrusive. If there's something you want you just have to ask and if they don't know the answer or it's not on the menu they will find out for you. But our experience is they are eager-to-please and the food tastes great

Olive Garden is good for celebrations, parties etc but a normal day and their “unlimited” pasta for $12.99 is not worth it. Because if you get one of their Add on $5.49 etc and a drink $3.50. That’s about $21.98 and then yo have to tip the waiter. You would expect to spend $40+ for “unlimited”? Pasta where plate gets smaller and smaller. Not worth it.

Curbside service with a smile:) don't feel like cooking??it's cheaper and easier to pick it up than spending hours cooking and cleaning buy one take one now available!!! Plus you know the kids want bread sticks!!!

If you're looking for authentic Italian food, this is definitely not it. But it's a great place to go if you're passing through, it's late, and you want some solid sustenance. Service is quick and efficient, and they are ready to go with boxes to take the leftovers home. Price is a bit steep for what it is, but if you're coming here, you're probably not too concerned with that.

This is a typical Italian Chain restaurantI like the prices and the different mix and match deals they have and how could you go wrong with unlimited soup salad and breadsticks especially the zuppa toscana. Yum! We got a few different things to change it up from the normal and over all the service was pretty good. The wait time wasnt horrible despite all the people and the looks of the parking lot. Food was good but nothing to boust about The open bar seating is often nice when we arent with the littles.

This place is usually pretty good, but this time it took a LONG time to get seated and the waitress forgot about us. Then she got our order wrong. Certainly dropped the ball on some first day stuff.
