Olive Garden

I highly recommend this Olive Tree. We had an amazing time there. Everyone was so polite and fun to be around! We had a blast from the door to the table. The waitress was absolutely wonderful. She recommended things, she was very courteous and just so bubbly and fun to be around. Not to mention the food was fabulous! I live in Belcamp Md. YES we have an Olive Tree but the staff at this one in Owings Mill is well worth the hour drive. I will be returning for another wonderful visit! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! PLEASE keep up the good work.

Came in to celebrate wife birthday, plus had some gift cards. Place seemed to be busy, and we made sure to get in line online so we were only waiting a couple minutes. I went to the bar where the bartender was high as a kite making my drinks. My drink was fine, but my wife's drink, well. .. yea it wasn't that good. Got to the table and the server was great. She was nice and polite and the kids loved her. Service did take a little longer then expected but it was fine. Server made up for it.

The Olive Garden in Owings Mills, MD is a typical example of the chain. It was clean and neat. The sound level was tolerable even though it had people dining at every table. Our server arrived promptly, as did our food.I had eggplant parmesan with chopped vegetables. Both were delicious. My wife had a cream of gnocchi soup and salad. It was very good. I tasted it. Service was friendly and efficient. Parking was free. I recommend this place.

Cindy was our waitress today and let’s just say hands down the best waitress here!!!!! She never missed a beat! She made sure that our drinks where filled food was fresh and had a very pleasant smile and attitude you can tell she enjoys and love what she does! No wonder she is a lead trainer it definitely show with her excellent customer service! I hope to see her be in a manager position in the future! The manager Leo is doing a great job with turning around this Olive Garden I definitely come back know Leo will always make sure to make it right!!!

The 3 stars are all for our server. My husband and I went for the endless stuffed pasta special. We both ordered frozen drinks. Mine looked like it had been sitting for a while because it was very separated. I ended up returning it, and the peach tea that I ordered because it had a strong bitter after taste. My husband ended up returning his never ending pasta because the raviolis were rubbery. He ordered a different meal and ended up returning that as well. All in all, today was a very off day for Olive Garden in Owings Mills. The only thing that saved this experience at all was the server. She was very personable and apologetic.
