Olive Garden

Chad was a wonderful waiter, not hovering and checking back (with us) at opportune times. The Zoodles were great! The sauce was unlike anything I'd tasted before- DI-liscious! The Chicken Scampi was great, portions, large on both selections. The breadsticks, though never my favorite, seem to have a different texture than I recall, not as light as before.... I enjoyed my personal coffee carafe, about three cups- but wide mouth cups (though smaller serving) cool too quickly. I think we all know how hard it can be to lay utensils down and sip when your in devour mode. Mom The stuffed mushrooms changed slightly, adding shrimp to clam and cheese base. All yummy, Thank you, kindly!

Fast service, always great chicken alfredo !! And I can buy the watermelon syrup there, to make my own watermelon Mascato drink at home

As someone who used to work here, I can say the management is always friendly. The food and service is really good too!

This is a reliably excellent Olive Garden. They have some of the best and most professional servers you will find anywhere. The lunch special of unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks is hard to beat. The restaurant itself is a gorgeous building inside and out. They really put time into the aesthetic details here.

My husband and I went in last night after I left the hospital to get something to eat cause we had not ate all day been at the hospital since 11am. We got there and I got so sick I had to go to the bathroom, they host stayed in there with me, made sure I had water, made sure my husband knew where I was. The manager comp our meal after my husband told him he’d pay for it. Said it was on them, and to come back and eat with them when I felt better. OUTSTANDING STAFF. I work in a restaurant and it’s nice to know there’s still some restaurants that truly care about there guests. Will be back soon.

The curbside pickup staff was rude when I went to pickup my order in person. Their attitudes came off as phony and completely artificial. My suspicions were confirmed when they just abruptly walked off after handing me my food. With the restaurant industry losing money from reduced business hours during this pandemic, you'd think they'd try to be more polite to their customers. Well, all I learned from this experience was to avoid Olive Garden all together, especially the Lynchburg location.

Food was delicious. We all had the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks. Also Sampler 3 with calamari, lasagna fritter, and seafood stuffed mushrooms. Also for dessert the chocolate brownie lasagna (absolutely heaven) and more than enough to share with the four of us.!!!

First time I have visited this location in Lynchburg. The restaurant appears to be well maintained and the smell of delicious permeates the atmosphere. They were hoping busy when we arrived on a Saturday night.Even so, we were seated in a relatively short period of time.I made a special request due to gluten allergy that was handled with attention and care.Out server, Stephanie N, was delightful and saw to all of our needs. She was truly a joy to have at our table. Food was delivered hot and delicious. Thank you for an outstanding evening out with the family.

The food is good but the service is exceptional. My friend and I went for lunch today and were blown away by the treatment we received from Donnie. He was phenomenal. That's saying something because we work in customer service and are pretty critical. Will definitely return.

Service was excellent and the food was even better! Great atmosphere and a reasonable wait to be seated despite how busy it was.

I love the salad and soups that are served. I have a couple of favorite entrees that I get here. I love to go just for the selection of desserts.

It is an Olive Garden. Not much to say about the food. I want to talk about service. All of the servers were awesome especially our waiter Nate. He was super accommodating. He was nice and made our experience better overall. I hope his manager sees this because he deserves a raise. He also gave us 9 of those little Olive Garden mint chocolate things just to be nice. I honestly think Olive Gardens need more employees like this. Honestly all restaurants need more employees like this.

The employees opened the door upon entering and exiting the building. Everyone had a smile and seemed very friendly and happy to be at work. The service was fast and easy. The food was served in a timely manner and our waitress was attentive even at a busy time during a holiday weekend! I truly loved the experience at this location and I would go back again!
