Olive Garden

Nice place to go with the family. This location has had its ups and downs, but overall, it’s a nice place. The food is good, there are some vegetarian and gluten free options and the pasta is cooked correctly. Customer service still needs some work; management doesn’t always have the correct response to customers questions/complaints. And it’s a 50/50 chance of getting a server who you never see but only once or twice and isn’t a friendly face, versus a server who is happy, smiling and great at their job. There is a particular gentleman waiter here, (I’m bad with names, so I don’t remember his name) who is phenomenal at his job and it shows. Always a pleasure to sit in his section. Also, you can’t go wrong with soup, salad, and bread-sticks. Great for dinner or lunch.

This place is always great for a nice meal. The restaurant in Sanford Florida though has an added bonus...a waitress named ...(forgot)She was exceptional and I appreciate her!

Excellent service and food. Mandy was amazing...... Too much waiting time, more than 20 minutes to get a table for 2. Wish that they have a reservation system or app.

Our server with the shorter blonde hair was exceptional tonight! She was so friendly and made the dining experience amazing! Food was great also. Overall a wonderful night! Thank you so much!

Our server Erik was excellent and extremely attentive. Would love to have him as our server always.

We had wear there for dinner, we had soup and salad. We also ordered a appetizer trio and a kids meal. Are server wasn’t so good the manager had to get involved. The manager did a great job and recovery, I give the manager 5 stars for his customer services.

Presentation wasn't that great tonight it was like they had train he's running the place. After going over the order and making a point at it the order still did not come out correct. The $5 to go meal comes out cold to have to go home and heat it up I was hoping for a hot meal.

My go-to soup and salad place. Can't beat the price. Consistently good.

The food here was top notch. Especially the zuppa toscana soup. Try dipping the breadsticks into it.

The interior has been updated. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. The food is excellent and the salad is fresh and the dressing is just right, not drowning the contents. Highly recommended!

This Olive Garden has a open and modern interior and is one of the nicest Olive Gardens I have seen. They have large open dining area and a separate area with a nice large bar and some seating at and around it. The times I have been here the service has been great and the food consistent so you know what to expect. I always loved the Tour of Italy and the meat sauce in the Lasagna and is very good! This Olive Garden can satisfy you when you get the craving.

I come here pretty frequently and I always enjoy it! The servers are always kind and the service itself is as fast as I would expect a sit down restaurant to have. I will never say no to Olive Garden.

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge Scott. He wasn’t our waiter but I enjoyed watching the amazing customer service he was giving to his customers. Truly a ray of sunshine.
