Olive Garden

Valentine's lunch date was totally lackluster. Our wait was decent for lunch at 3 p.m. on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't too busy for us to have waited over 10 minutes to get our drink orders taken. The waitress was okay, but must have been overwhelmed/ overworked because she completely forgot we were HER customers and that we had even placed an order with her. After 35 minutes of waiting for a basic order, she asked if we received our food!!!! As if she wasn't the person that took our order. The management team wasn't much better! No one came to check on us and it was basically a WASTE of time! Once our food finally arrived, it was obvious that our food was completely forgotten about and was lukewarm. We just paid and left! SMH...please think twice before celebrating anything special at this location. Olive Garden USED to be one of my favorite restaurants.

Once dined here with my boyfriend for my birthday, we were so excited to eat but 2 of the waitresses were so rude to him. First he ordered a lasagna, remind you the portion is very small and he is a hefty person, so he didn’t get full and decided to order a plate of alfredo and when he did one of the waitresses said “you’re still hungry ?” in a very rude way. Then when the plate came out, another waitress came and said “i heard someone was still hungry”. This was really offensive and we couldn’t believe they said that , my boyfriend was upset and didn’t even finish his plate because of how embarrassed he was. shame on those 2 waitresses.

I like the Olive Garden. But for people that calorie count or on special diets. I wouldn't recommend the Olive Garden to them because their dishes are very high in calories. The staff was very friendly and helpful this particular Olive Garden could have been a little cleaner. I worked in the restaurant industry and cleanliness is very important to me especially when there's food around. I did mention it to our server and she kind of shrug me off.

The person at the To Go station was busyHe was amazing once he came overBut when I walked inI stood at the counter and 4 women were just standing there towards the kitchen.No acknowledgement No nothing One was standing there drinking something One was complaining about what she had done so far that day Like y’all a team so a simple acknowledgement could have been nice; specially considering they weren’t doing anything I stood there for like 5 minutes Maybe not a long time to most but the wait wasn’t the problem The lack of customer service was

Looks like the only person who understood good customer service was the same person they kept outside alone in the rain. There were only a couple requests i asked for over the phone before i came to pick up the food, none were delivered of course. One of the requests i had was to have extra meat sauce with my spaghetti. Was definitely charged extra meat sauce no problem, just to find barely any meat sauce on the spaghetti when opening the container. The little girl who took my credit card/brought me my food was very rude and needs to learn on people skills. I now know to get my Italian food somewhere else and will be sure to spread the word.

We have been going here for last 9 years and the quality of the food has never changed. We will be celebrating our 10th year at this restaurant this April. This place always has a charm for Italian-American cuisine. My favorite food here is the Minestrone! Ofcourse its unlimited:)

Excellent customer service. Food was really great, braised beef Gorgonzola was my favorite! We tried different soup and the waiter provided the professional service! We really enjoy it except that we paid 1.99 for the stupid trivia game😂

This place is always packed at meal times, but it is with good reason. Food is great. Servers have all been prompt, courteous, and caring. There can be a line, but they do their best to get you in as fast as they can and downloading the app to get in line ahead of time helps a ton. If you are in a rush being able to pay at the table is really nice as well. Always come back to this location.

5 stars. In everything.Delicious food, perfect service.One minor point. The salad, but that is a personal thing. Some people like the salad in big chunks, I prefer mine cut in smaller pieces. Besides that even the salad tasted great.Had myself a chicken & shrimps pasta with bacon & red peppers.I would love to come back again...

Horrible setup to pickup food. Instructions you receive in the email ARE NOT how it works there. Be prepared for your food not to be ready when you asked for it as they apparently wait for you to show up before throwing it into the microwave. We ordered at 1130 to pickup at 430, arrived at 430 and had to wait 20 minutes for the food. Don’t waste your time.

We had a great experience at this Olive Garden location. The waiters were all nice and the service was quick! We did some type of lunch special and it seemed like a really good deal. The food tasted great!

Waiter provided great customer service. Food was good but presentation not so much. The blob on the left of the pic is lasagna!...and that was on the 2nd try. However, it tasted good. As always, the salad was awesome and they give you fresh salad to take home....really loved that! I will definitely be back.

Saturday night dinner: Waiting time 45'-60' minutes. The place was packed, but it was worth the wait. A big catch for the veggie lover is the unlimited salad and unlimited breadsticks so there's not a need for appetizers.Ordered was place for Tour of Italy that comes with 3 midsize courses: lasagna classico, fetuccine Alfredo, and chicken Parmigiana. My wife ordered the Gorgonzola topped sirloin (6 oz) with sundried tomatoes and fettuccini Alfredo and broccoli. Wife said that the meat was extremely cold qnd didnt enjoy it.Since it was the Godson's birthday on leap year, he had chocolate brownie dessert, and we were also treated 4 dolcini on the house.We all enjoyed the Mediterranean tastes and above all the great company.Great place to share with family and friends.

We met family here for lunch and had a great time. The service was excellent, the food delicious, the restaurant was warm and inviting. I had the create-your-own pasta dish with the soup. It was cooked perfectly and I ate everything. We ordered coffee and they brought a carafe. One person at the table orderrd the salad and it was a HUGE bowl. The waitress was awesome. All the other support staff were very helpful. When we came at 11:30 am there were plenty of tables and we sat right away. When we left an hour later the place was packed and a 45 minute wait. We will definitely be back.
