Olive Garden

Horrible experience, we were at the Spokane valley Washington Olive Garden and I have never been so disappointed with the service at any restaurant in my life. We had a group of 12 people at 3 different tables and the servers were very rude and totally incapable of serving us. There were 3 different servers for our group. EVERY MEAL was cold and it cost me more than $350.00 . The manager Antonio was very sorry for his team, but that doesn’t help the experience.

Went here with my family for a make-up of a bad birthday dinner experience we had. Our server was the sweetest server I had ever seen. He interacted with us throughout our stay instead of just bringing us our food and ignoring us the rest of the time. When it was time for us to leave he even helped me box up my Fettuccine! Besides our server, the food was so good. Best service and server I have ever had.

Our waitress was extremely Pleasant and knowledgeable of the entrees offered on the menu. Our food was prepared in good time and exceeded our expectations! For a new restaurant, they are putting everything together to meet the expectations of the public. We were even greeted as we left the restaurant by a manager who was genuinely interested in wheather we were satisfied with quality of our meal at the new restaurant. Can't ask for more than that!
