Painfully Mediocre, when you're competing with Publix, Jimmy John's, Subway, and Jersey Mike's within 3 miles there needs to be some extra push to the product. Had the Philly cheese steak, cheese was not melted and everything was layered, you have to mix it all up with the spatulas. Taste was ok but probably will not go here again.

Food is good for the price but the delivery service is horrible. 45 minutes always turns into 1:45 minutes because the driver(s) cant seem to find their way to our office. Every time I call to inquire I am told 4-5 minutes. I have been told 4-5 minutes 3 times now and still waiting for the driver. I could have walked there and back by now.......

Customer service is incredible! Always nice smiling faces. I was told it was the owners wife I spoke with, if not for her incredible customer service this would be a bad review. I love this place unfortunately more times than not my sandwich is incorrect and/or I am missing parts of my order when I get home.These guys are always super busy but they do a great job! If you're taking your order to go, just check the bag.I will also add, when I called to express my irritation (before I opened the incorrectly made sandwich) they sent a driver to my house extremely fast with what I was missing! I will continue to bring my service to this establishment, but I will check the bag and sandwiches before I leave the parking lot, or start dining in.
