Established in 1985, Old City Coffee is an independent coffee roasting company with locations at Reading Terminal Market and Old City. Our mission is to supply the public with the freshest, highest-grade coffees, combined with excellent service and competitive pricing. We roast high-grade 100% Arabica beans, guaranteed to be the freshest available because we roast tiny batches. Whether you are at our shops or on our website you can choose from our selection of over 25 carefully sourced coffee varietals and blends, more than 20 types of tea available by the pot or by the pound. Gear and OCC merchandise for coffee and tea lovers. Our Old City cafe offers light fare and occasional live music. Check our website for information on catering and wholesale.

Cute little coffee shop located just off of Market St. in Old City. I always get the Hot Caramel Latte and it’s consistently delicious. They have chocolate covered espresso beans at the counter—be sure to grab some of those, too!

Sipping a latte at one of their cute tables outside, examining the red brick buildings and watching people walking over the cobblestone streets is as Philadelphia as it will get. They have some phenomenal homemade muffins. Bonus tip: feed pieces of the muffin to the swallows outside to make some quick friends for the morning coffee.
