Old Chicago

Server was definitely in over her head and should have had help. She asked 2 people for drinks out of the 10+ people we had and she started going to other tables before asking the rest of us for drinks. She was too quiet for any of us to hear her and she would walk away as she was still speaking to us. The cooks completely forgot to make an order for my brother in laws grandmother. I do not recommend the wings, we ordered a large basket of buffalo wings but we got it without the buffalo sauce. Overall, I think their staff is unprofessional and could use better training.

First time visit. Very good. Will go again. Pizza was good and stromboli was good. Big variety on menu. Server Peter was nice too.

Below average customer service.. Nastiest pizza I have ever had in my entire life. Only reason I'm not giving 1 or 2 stars is because I ordered the pizza not knowing it was going to have a thick layer of stewed tomatoes on top of it. I guess that's how "Chicago style pan pizza" is made.. Lesson learned
