Can't go wrong. They make one main dish and they make it well. Great pork, great noodles and great people

Very affordable mazemen. Regular size is only 700 Yens and adding half size of cha-syu (two pieces) only cost 100 Yens. You can choose between warm or cold noodles. I personally like the feeling of cold noodles more but the noodles are a little bit firmer.

We had the warm Mazeman with pork and cheese and it was really delicious and fast. (Like a noodle dish) Super cold beer too! A great lunch break from the Peace Memorial. They have an English language menu as well. A bit hard to find on the map so here’s a photo of the outside.

Very nice and small place . Owners speaks a little English. Enough to help you with your choice. Menu is in English too. We ordered the mazemen with spice level 7. This was good for us but would not recommend that to people who are not used to spicey food. Also we had so e fried dumplings. Together with 2 beers we paid about 2800 yen which is a fair price here in Japan.

Extremly tasty noodles, friendly staff and a very nice overall environment. All that to a surprisingly cheap price. All thanks to the chefs, perfect presentation.

Amazing brothless yet flavorful noodles, a good break from typical soup noodles such as ramen on my recent vacation here. You can pick your bowl size, hot or cold, and spicy level. The recommended, level 2, is quite spicy already; I went with a 3/4 myself (medium-high tolerance), enough to enjoy the noodles and flavor yet with enough of a burn. The noodles also included negi (Japanese green onions, less strong taste), a soft boiled egg, and one strip of chashu. My dining partner ordered extra chashu and they were quite generous. My extra negi (not pictured) added a nice crunch to the meal, and next time I will try adding cabbage as I saw other Japanese customers do the same. Prices were very fair, 500 for a small and around 750 Yen for a regular size. Extra chashu for 200 yen and extra negi for 100!I plan to return again during my Hiroshima trip!

Top quality large mazemen noodles - pork, poached egg and scallions cooked with a spice to your desire. Delicious.

Absolutely delicious noodles. Quick service and and they also do a take away option; you can customise how you want the noodles.

It was really delicious and the staff was super nice! There is an English menu. This is basically a ramen with more thick, and less soup. You mix everything up real nice than proceed to eat. I reccomend you to order rice after you finish eating the noodles and clean up the awesome sauce. Highly recommended place! Very reasonable price as well.

Honestly enjoyed my meal here more than the kobe beef in Kobe.

Wow! Great food and service! One guy running the show, keeping the place clean and the food delicious. He even gave us an origami souvenir, as we were pretty obviously tourists. Amazing prices for such a great meal. 5/5.
