Okinoshima Ramen

Only 2 types of ramen. Fish soup base one is 5 star, the other 3.

I got a flavorful stream that had the effect of Ago soup.Noodles are fine noodles and are often associated with soup. A piece of flying fish is on the noodles and it is delicious.

We ordered “danryu” and “kanryu” ramen. Both are delicious, especially the noodle itself.

I love this interesting ramen that’s not pork or chicken (or miso, salt shoyu). Broth of flying fish is light n not fishy. The added shredded scallions compliments the soup very well. Drink the soup first before mixing the ingredients in the bowl, you can taste the umami of the seafood soup. The other shellfish stock is also very good too. Rich and flavourful.

I walked tech-tech to finish work in front of Okayama station and try to have a late lunch. This is the second visit.The last time I had a perfume ramen, this time it was a warm ramen without being confused by the ticket machine menu. Oh, it seems that the pork is free for lunch from 11:00 to 14:00. Looking at the clock, 11:55! There was a request for Sir Chushu, so I answered “Yes! Super love their family's circulating fish white soup, the soup is rich with the sweetness of flying fish and a bunch of grapefruit, the fragrant noodles, the Q-bomb is strong, can be renewed free of charge, and there is also a pork roast with simmered pork. The only one I personally do not love flying fish. Because the flying fish essence is already in the soup, but the photo is very good when it is photographed.

Very delicious, the flying ramen with flying fish juice and the whole flying fish are highly recommended! Must eat every time you come to Okayama!

I came in at 〆 after the drinking party.I wanted to eat spicy ramen, so I chose spicy dashi ramen.The soup was full of umami with a good feeling of shellfish soup despite being pungent.The noodles are also thin noodles, and the topping Aosa glue is a good accent for me.I liked seafood, so I was satisfied.I wanted to go there again.

This was a first for us, fish soup base ramen, pleasant surprise. Just happened to walk by and thought it would be interesting. The fish soup base was sweet, light, flavorful, not salty, and most importantly, delicious! Not greasy and heavy like the tonkatsu or soy soup bases, I really enjoy this refreshing broth. The noodles were also al dente and tasty, a bit different than the typical ramen. Very enjoyable!
