Hi Galina, This Qian the owner of Off The Bridge Bike & Coffee Shop, I am unable to recall your name, the repair, or the situation you described. Everything in the review is way out of my normal operating procedure and behavior. If the mistake / fault is from my doing, I have no problems re-doing the repair at my expense. Off The Bridge is basically a one person operation, the store does not open without me, and majority of the time other than customers there isn't anyone else other than me. Most bikes that come in for repair are not up to my standards and there is a standard to the quality of work I hold myself to. Answering questions in order to convince someone to allow me to work and bring their bikes up to my standards at the cost I ask is a huge part of my business, so the review makes no sense to me. If by any chance I'm wrong about this situation, please bring back the original receipt and the receipt from the other bike shop and I will reimburse you for both. Qian
