Ochatto Hotpot & BBQ House

The waitress was not very bright, so it gave us trouble when we tried to order the food. The fried rice was basically only egg. The hot pot lacked flavor. The drinks weren’t even on the menu. It reeked of a terrible stench. There was gum on the floor. The California roll was not as good as pho Kevin. The list could go on, but I got things to do. 1/5 ⭐️ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Always so busy but I love the wide selection they have available. All you can eat and drink (so many drink options too!) Aside from how packed it gets and parking is so limited, this place is great!

Delicious food with decent prices! I also liked making a dipping sauce at the bar in the back.

Nice little restaurant. The ingredient selection and overall food is fine. Would be nicer if they would contain the dried spices in say, a broth pouch, so customers won't have to bite into certain strong spices.

Authentic food and great atmosphere!! Recently stopped for a business lunch and what a great choice!! The variety is incredible and includes some fairly standard items as well as others recommended for the more adventurous bunch. Great presentation and freshness. Loved the sauce bar and learning about the different options!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, and I can't wait to come back!!

I used to love this place but our last visit was disappointing. The broth wasn’t as flavorful and the ingredients aren’t as high quality. Really sad.

Excellent hot pot restaurant. Eat all you can price is relatively good! Fresh ingredients all the time and nice and fast service.

All you can eat hot pot! The broths were savory (rib broth, szechuan hot spicy broth), meats were tender, veggies fresh, and you made your own sauces. They did forget some of the things we ordered, but pros of all you can eat is that you just order more! There were a few things we wanted that they said they ran out of. Great spread to choose from in their menu, portions on the smaller side (possibly to decrease food being wasted). Like all you can eat places, they do have a charge if you order more than you can eat ($13.99/ lbs) and they have a 2 hr limit per table. My family came here at 1 PM on a Saturday and they sat us no problem, service was prompt, and everyone was nice. Servers are all bilingual (Mandarin/ English). We're already planning to come back with our friends!

Excellent service and great value. $25 per person all-you-can-eat menu with a wide selection of meats and vegetables. The atmosphere is upbeat and warm, and the service is very quick and friendly.

love their unlimited option at lunch. They have such a huge variety there is literally something for everyone. Can't wait to go back.

For the prince I expected better service not only that but I tipped them still a 20% and honestly they should’ve actually given me a discount. The person who served me made us feel like we should be leaving as soon as possible and I wish I had. You guys need to fix ur staff game up I never wanna come back to experience that ever again

Awesome Hotpot options, very friendly service from the waiter. All around feel good, feel-so-stuffed kind of place.

For my first time going it was an awesome experience & I will so be back again. The staff was super awesome & friendly. They was very informative & explained everything to me.
