I liked the service. Elise was very pleasant and attentive. Free pie Wednesday is a plus. Besides, they have other offers that are attractive and help save money.

My waiter Lauryn was really sweet & attentive! Food was ok & I really expected it to be really good, but it wasn’t!!!

OCharleys is an underrated icon! The staff are super nice, food is good, and everything seems to go quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend.

Two GREAT consecutive visits. Great food and service. Fresh crispy salad, hot rolls, and a good server made our dinner a delight. The manager was friendly. Previous visit chef visited the table.

Really good food. If you are thinking of going out for brunch then it's the best location. The staff is well trained and good at giving recommendations. The serving size of dishes is pretty good and almost can't finish it in one go. Difficult to get vegan options but they let you customize so definitely an option. Tried scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes. It was really tasty and fulfilling.

It was a special day, my daughters 21st birthday! From the start, our server and everyone was amazing, helpful, attentive and friendly. We ordered steak, chicken fingers and ribs. They were all so sweet to light the candles on her cake and bring it out singing happy birthday. We will definitely be back. It was our first visit but has quickly become a favorite.

Chicken tenders was ok. But the potato soup... is not potato soup. Its chunks of potatoes in it

Food was great and Shannon did an awesome job get my order done fast and accurate. When I come back in town I will definitely come back for another visit.

Good food, good service. I did notice that most of the clientele is white, but it didn't adversely effect me. Hopefully they're reputation will help cultivate a more mixed croud.

We picked up curbside, which was running 15 minutes later than our scheduled time, but the young lady who was on that position was overwhelmed with orders & getting no help. We ordered the Honey Chicken Family meal which was absolutely delicious & at a great price.

I only used the to go service when I was in town for work, but I went twice and had great service both times.

Never been but glad I decided to go! I went on a Thursday around 6-7pm and had little wait to get seated. We had a waitress in training and she was fabulous! She knew about the food and a lot about the restaurant in general. The food was delicious as well, definitely recommend the chicken tenders that comes with two sides (large variety of sides to choose from)
