First time trying the chicken tenders... normally not my thing.... but wow delicious 😋

I went in asking for the chicken tenders which was a Saturday and Thursday special which was delivered fresh and hot

They have a great party area kinda tucked away from the others. They hooked us up with happy hour an hour later than other patrons but the service was slow. I could have walked out and not even paid and they would have had no idea. But being honest I paid & tipped. They have good soup and endless bread.

The place was very nice it was not loud you could hear yourself think. The server Macy was very attentive with us. The food I think the only thing that was delicious was the appetizer which I give a 5 ☆ Meatball Crostini it was great we could have had one a piece and been satisfied. The meals were not to becoming I had the seafood platter 2 small fishes 3 crabs shells which tasted pastey and the clowslaw was dry the shrimp was way over cooked and you couldn't get it chewed, my husband had theCat fish dinner 3 small pieces of fish and fries with the same slaw as me ! He was upset that the price $13.99 and you didn't get your money worth he didn't eat but a few fries some over dome and slaw was dry. The drinks were good Long Island Tea and a Pina Colada were very good

The food was good as always and everyone was friendly enough. We went for Sunday brunch with a party of 6 and were the first out on the patio. We had two dogs with us and they were happy to accommodate us. The service was a little slow, but I couldn't tell if it was just busy inside, the tables outside were also perhaps just a little small for six people, but it was a family gathering so we weren't uncomfortable being a bit close.

Had our food delivered, was given the wrong sizes on a few things but the biggest thing was the potato soup. I’ve always gotten the soup and it’s been great but the soup this time tasted almost moldy. The color was almost brown as well compared to the usual bright yellow/orange cheese color it usually is. I’m not sure if they have changed the recipe but it was not edible. The chicken tender was extremely thin as well, to the point of pencil thin with mostly breading. Extremely disappointing as I have loved this restaurant my whole life, and I am hoping it is just this location with these issues and not the others.

Me& my wife came eat we order our food Steaks & Ribs but when food came starting eating everything was fine but Ribs was very tuff to chew I got choke and went to restroom twice but im okay and we told manager he took off our bill the Ribs my wife told him thank you. Everything eles was fine .

The service is slow but the food is good and I love the rolls they are so good. My number 1 reason for going. The second reason is because kids eat free I have a 2 year old she does not eat much. I think it is crazy for restaurants to charge 5 or 6 dollars or more when she is not going to eat that much.

Waited forever to get our waitress to take our order when she finally made it she was so high she could barely walk 1 st drink I ordered was drinkable the second was terrible took a total of 3 hours from time we went in til time we walked out

the food was really good, especially the chicken. one thing that made it not five stars was that there were drunk people loudly talking lol. other than that the food was great and the customer service was good also.

We eat at this location because of our server, Natalie. She is fantastic and always comes through. Food is correct, fresh, and never disappointing. No complaints as long as Natalie is on the job!!!!

Food was really good but service was slow.

It was a nice place. The wait staff was friendly. We were treated very kindly. My husband's ribeye was delicious. It melted in your mouth tenderness. I had the pot pie. It was fresh and hot. The crust was flaky. Their rolls were warm and tender. It came with honey butter. I like the water came with lemon. Everyone was nice. They came us extra rolls , for on the road.

Spenser B was amazing! Very sweet and knowledgeable. He brought me extra lemons like I asked, and checked in often, but not too often.

My daughter and I visited this location today around 2:30 pm. There were very few customers. We walked in and there was no one at the hostess station. After 2-3 minutes, a lady came and seated the customers in front of us. When she came back to get us, she barely spoke and took us to the right side of the restaurant and wanted to seat the two of us at the very large, circular corner booth. I requested the smaller booth next to it. She stated there were no clean tables. The one we requested was clean. She continued to argue, so we just sat down at the large table. We were too far apart to carry on a conversation. There were no other customers on this side and very few in the restaurant. The parking lot was empty. We sat there for a few minutes and no one came to our table or even walked by. We got up and walked out. There was no hostess when we left. I doubt we will be back to this location. We were very disappointed, as O'Charley's is one of our favorite restaurants.
