Quick and pleasant service, very taste food..

Food was amazing. We visited Charlotte over the weekend an realized that this restaurant was open. Back in Eastern NC, Greenville an Jacksonville locations they have closed down this restaurant. One of our all time favorites. Wish it was back in Eastern NC!

I really appreciated curbside takeout, I got the prime rib special which was good but not great. It was a little dry. It was great the first time I ordered it so I was somewhat disappointed. The portion size was good will probably try it again.

Glad We celebrated Mothers Day here! Our food was a bit late but the manager was very pleasant and our food was free! Our server was kind and the food was delicious! Happy Customer!

We had Bree with 2 E's as our sever lol as she says... She was fast friendly and kept coming to check on us intermittently.... When we asked questions she answered all of them truthfully and promptly.... Our food was hot and exactly how we wanted it.. Our drinks were amazing Strawberry Margarita on the Rocks with Sugar on the rim... We had 2 tables one on the patio and The other by The bar and nobody touched either.... The best customer service I've received in minute... Great job to the hostess Tori as well.. Btw the restaurant was clean and in order... Management should be proud with the Team they have... I'll be back I hope Bree with 2 E's is working then....

I love eating here and getting a coconut daq just to have some me time. Always clean nice staff and the food is fresh and hot.

I will not return. I came with a group and I am glad that I did not go hungry. The wait was a bit long and the food was horrible! The appetizer was OK but when we requested a second helping it was overdone. A few dishes were returned including mine. The fish tacos did not have a good taste at all, my brother's steak was served cold. His steak was only reheated and returned to him and no longer was the medium rare that he requested. The other dishes seemed to be enjoyed by the others but, my personal experience was not horrible. The saving grace was the waitress who was pleasant and tried her best in spite of the food. I don't know what is going on in that kitchen. Maybe Chef Ramsey should have a look?

We were seated immediately and service was great. My only complaint was that my waffle was a bit hard.

Zach was my server and he was absolutely amazing! One of the best I’ve ever had! Very attentive, always checking on us, and steady making sure we have everything we need. 5 stars just for him! Thank you Zach for the amazing customer service!

The food was good and our server was very friendly. However, it took forever to get our drinks, bread and kept having to ask for things that should've been automatic. Something was off about the flow all together..maybe a management issue. I would give them another try though.

Ordered the Cajun chicken pasta to-go. Found two cranberries and a piece of hair in my food. Not to mention the chicken looked and tasted like it had been shaved off a week old rotisserie chicken. Threw the entire plate away. Won’t be going back.

It was great. The manager was great. The lady who waited my table was great also.

The stores overall appearance was clean and orderly. Not enough servers. My food was like warm my server was non existent she only appeared at the table to bring the food. I had to go to the bar for drink refills. The bar tender told me he had no tea at the bar and I should take my glass to the wait station to get a refill on sweet tea. Not a really good experience. Will not be back.
