Awesome service! The food was decent but out server Ivan was wonderful!! He stayed on top of everything and was very patient with us. I will visit again!

I have only been to O'Charley's twice, but I ordered carry out from this location recently and it was great! The chicken tenders & fried chicken were done to perfection, the sweet potatoes were like a dessert, & they provided enough condiments for the whole family to enjoy. They also added in rolls with our carryout and that was a pleasant surprise. In addition, I really enjoyed how big the carry-out boxes are & how they separated the sides instead of cramming it all in a small box. I couldn't have been happier with the amount of food we received at a reasonable price.

The meal was tasty and it arrived quickly. The waitstaff was friendly and engaging.

We came to eat December 30 at 5:30 pm. Sunshine, our waitress, was right on the job. After placing our order, having bread and salads, she had to inform us that the kitchen staff had no baked potatoes. Surely any kitchen staff would know that potatoes should be ready by dinnertime. What's going on in the kitchen?

My Good Friend took me to eat at O'Charley's and it was fantastic! ...We did have a little longer wait for the food, but we were having a great conversation, and the time flew bye... Great, Friendly Service as well! I had the Grilled Salmon Bowl mixed with veggies. It was DELICIOUS!

The food was great but service was definitely not good. Waiter could not manage his tables, we were a group of 8 and half us got our meals separate from the others almost an hour apart. So half of our group had their meal while the other half only had their beverages on top of that never checked to see if we needed refills.

Our waitress was very nice and kept our drinks filled. Appetizers and food came out quickly and was exactly what we asked for. I normally don't have any issues here and this time was no different. Great service as always.

Last min decision but worth the quick seating. Its been a while since Ive been to this location. Food was good, we loved the pepperjack mozzarella sticks or triangles. Pasta coulda been warmer but it was alright.

This O'charleys is always great, but Shadia was awesome. She was the best server we've ever had at this location, possibly at any restaurant. The food was on point and everyone was very helpful.

Ordered a meal to go. Fries were cold and hard. It turned me off because I had not eaten all day , and I was really hungry.When I called, they told me to return and they would remake the meal. I was too tired to do that. I went to bed hungry. They refunded my money that night over the phone, and they said I did not have to return the food. I returned it the next day because I wanted to show the manager how the meal was prepared. The manager made another meal free of charge. It was a nice gesture, but I prefer them doing it right the first time.

Just celebrated my 1 year anniversary and could not have chose a better place to end the night. Our server Megan was probably the best waitress I’ve ever had. She was on top of everything, drink refills, food delivery and she engaged in conversation. It made it an enjoyable atmosphere to have dinner. Would definitely go back and ask for her again.

I love the raspberry lemonade. Tara is amazing!! I love the club sandwich when it's made right with enough bacon & both cheeses. I used to get the better bacon cheddar burger, that's good too!! Rolls of course are good! & I love the broccoli with my food every time.

The lunch special of endless soup and salad is a sweet deal. You can switch salads from dinner salad to caesar, and switch the soups too. This way you get to taste all of them. Plus, you still get endless rolls and butter. Service was pretty good for lunch hour on a weekday.
