O'Charley's

This evening’s service was outstanding! Shanty made our first time at O’Charleys a wonderful experience! My girlfriend and I are visiting from Connecticut where we do not have this restaurant. The food definitely exceeded our expectations! Shanty’s recommendations were all good! Her customer service and pleasant smile was delightful. She was very patient as we had many questions about the menu. Her salmon recommendation was excellent. She continuously came to our table with a smile! Making sure we had drinks, sauces, and everything else we needed. When in the area again we will return; and have no one other than her as our server! I would recommend this restaurant to any one looking for a quality bite to eat.

My wife and I went by expressly for the prime rib dinner. After ordering and getting our drinks we were informed they were out of prime rib...something they should have mentioned up front. My wife had to ask for her salad twice and for salt 4 times. Our waitress was visibly upset/flustered over something and the table behind us left her no tip. When a second waitress brings our food out she drops my plate in the floor..my wife was almost finished eating when my order actually made onto the table.

The restaurant was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the food was great. We didn't go on free pie Wednesday, but got a slice anyways, and it was delicious! I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwhich, which definitely lived up to its name. All in all, it was a great restaurant experience, and we will definitely be back.

Our server Eric was a very nice man who did his best to please us. You could not ask for better service. But our steaks looked like thay where boiled. They had no texture of being grilled or pan seared at all.

I haven't been to this restaurant since I was a kid so I figured I would give it a go. The food was okay but missed the mark on a few points. My fiance ordered a steak that was overdone and my dad ordered one that was underdone. The last batch of bread was not even cooked all the way and our waitress didn't offer to give us more, I guess because we were nearly done with our meal and she figured we didn't want any more. My dish was the peach chutney chicken which was cooked perfectly and was delicious. All the sides were amazing and our service was pretty great except for what happened with the bread. I love to give restaurants a four or 5 stars if they deserve it but this meal just wasn't up to par to get that score. I will definitely come back in the future and give it another go.

Great atmosphere. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. It was very tasty & was a nice portion for the price. Comfortable seating, clean restroom, nice location. Our waiter, Rob, was very nice, professional & kept up with our drinks & anything else we needed. Will definitely be returning again. Thanks!

Service was very good and food delivered in a reasonable time. My medium steak was under cooked and with little flavor. My side salad was large and enjoyable. My wife got the half order salad with chicken which was very large.

Most of the food is great and service is AMAZING , BUT AVOID FISH N CHIPS Unseasoned and horrible

Huge staffing problem apparently. Arrived on a late Saturdays afternoon for early dinner with a group and they had problems finding a server willing to work our table, meanwhile half the restaurant was empty. The fellow we we eventually got was awesome, but can't figure out why restaurants aren't fully staffed on weekends in this area anymore. Having this problem over and over anymore.

The food was great as always, and the service was even better. We had the pleasure of having Aniyah as our waitress, and she was extremely pleasant. She helped us figure out what on the menu would give us exactly what all we wanted and exceeded all expectations. If you go to this location, definitely try to see her in the bar area!

Great place for a quick bite or full meal. Good menu selection, friendly staff, and every Wednesday is Free Pie day. Affordable and good!

I get take out at the park and pick up area fairly often, and the lady that serves me is prompt professional and thorough. The food is usually right on. Rarely had anything but a good to great meal.

Sunday night, I decided to dine-in and eat as aguest. I received excellent service and good food. Would definitely go back and eat with Niya again!! Thank you.

Very quick service and the food came out warm and fast. The lunch specials are a great deal costing about 25 bucks for two people. Burgers came out plenty juicy and perfectly cooked to order. Overall, a delicious, quick meal without having to spend an arm and a leg.
