O'Charley's

We're from Illinois visiting our son who's stationed here. So, last night we decided to eat here at about 7 pm and it really wasn't all that crowded. I just think they were under staffed. It took about 20 min just for me to get my drink and another additional 15 for my sons meal it was about 7:30ish, thank goodness we only ordered an appetizer. We didn't complain but, they honestly need more waiters. They were clearing tables as needed and piling all the dishes at a table behind us😔 . We left our waitress a tip she was friendly just too busy. And the mgr God bless her. It looked like she was exhausted. Oh! Chicken tenders and artichoke dip were great. My sons meal was good according to him. We'll try something different on Thursday.

Warm yeast rolls.The fresh baked yeast rolls alone are enough to bring you in. The rest of the food is pretty tastey too.Free food for veterans on Veterans Day too.

Pleasantly surprised with this establishment, walking distance from my hotel. Despite being landlocked, and miles away from salmon rivers, I ordered the grilled salmon. It was good, well cooked. I had a side of asparagus and a baked potato, all good. The restaurant was pleasant and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. I sat at the bar. Enjoyed my experience, worth the walk from the hotel.

Our retirement group meets here about every 3 to 4 months for a luncheon. The atmosphere is always nice. Never had a bad waiter or waitress. Always find us a good spot. The food is serve quick for lunch time and usually good.

First time there. Good food w/ decent portions. The pecan pie was tasty. Our server was a bit distracted but still attentive. The parking lot was on hit. (See picture)

We were seated quickly and server approached after a decent amount of time to get our drink orders... the reason i gave it 3 stars is because I ordered the Loaded potato soup and was then told that they were waiting on the potatoes for the soup. Then after about 10 minutes, the server came back and told me that they were out of the potato soup. As a staple for OCharleys, why would you run out of something like that? That was the only reason I went, honestly. Management may want to look into what's going on or if someone doesn't know how to correctly order what is needed. Other than that, the restaurant was clean and the hostess was friendly and helpful and smiling! The server was attentive to his tables and smiling as well.

Almost never issue when dining in. My reason for this review is because we picked up a carry out order. The food wasn’t just soggy, it was wet from container sweat. Will not purchase another to go order.

Everyone was super nice. My grandson was having a rough day and acting up despite us doing everything possible to calm him down. Our waitress was calm and respectful. She offered us more crayons after he broke his and even brought out his food first. So happy!

We love their salads-to-go. Today, during the Covid-19 shutdown, we ordered our favorite salads. One is the California Grilled Chicken Salad. OMG! When we opened the box, it was the prettiest salad ever seen. Whoever made it was an artist. And, the good news is that it tasted just as good. 😊💜

They serve good portions. Unless you order off the under $10 menu these portions are small. PJ is a good bartender and manager.
