server tonight was very friendly and was prompt. She made sure to keep are drinks filled and to make sure we didn't need anything.. the restaurant was crazy busy.

Minimal wait for seating on a Saturday evening...very nice. Server was polite and respectful. Southern Fried Chicken salad was very good, as were all meals for our party of four. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back.

The food and the service was amazing! Whitney is the best waitress ever if you wanna go to O’Charley’s you have to come to this one! We have been coming here for years and this is by far the best food and the best service we’ve ever had! The experience was wonderful!

We got a Togo order of one of the family bundles this afternoon and I didnt catch her name but she was so friendly and busy. We were very pleased with the chicken tender family bundle and of course, free pie is always great.

Ordered their family meal deal; they didn’t include the dinner rolls, the food was cold when we were handed it in the to go bag, and they over charged us; thank goodness we check our receipts. I understand everyone is human and that they are busy and that this is a difficult time, but really? Have us wait 30 minutes after our pick up time and arrival for our food to then have it be cold upon receiving it? Why did we have to wait if clearly it was ready long enough to get cold! And not to include rolls but to include the butter for the rolls?!? Seriously, won’t be back.

We were seated quickly. The waitress gave us our place settings quickly. Our waiter came over and took our drink orders. He brought them back in good time and took our food orders. He was friendly, and attentive. Our meals were bright in a timely manner and they were hot and tasty. He was attentive without hovering. We are frequent visitors to this O'Charley's Restaurant and will return.

Our experience for this O'Charleys was wonderful. We had the best waitress (Kassie Govea) that was very sweet and stayed on top of making sure we were okay. If you ever go to eat there ask for Kassie. The food was on point!

Avoid the steaks. They have some new equipment in the back and can not get the temp correct, they also taste terrible now. Everything else is wonderful though. The staff is very friendly. We frequent often - Morgan, Sydney, Amanda (just to name a few) are all wonderful! Togo service is prompt.

Very well kept and welcoming spot. They offer big portions and for affordable rates. We liked the meals very much and the waiters were very friendly and explanatory. I recommend this place.

Delicious food, rolls and good pies!

I had just gotten out of surgery and I had not eaten in 17 hours. The food was delicious, absolutely spot on! The service was great, also.

Best Chicken Tenders in Canton! Kids are free! Top Notch Burgers! Everyone ate good and left full!
