3 stars for the drinks!This location is hit or miss but mostly miss. I've been here on several occasions and each experience was different. The service was never anything special and the wait times are ridiculous. The waitress gave us bread but no napkins or silverware. I remember the manager having to seat us because no one was else was anywhere to be found. Not impressed!

Below was 6 months ago...I absolutely had a wonderful time tonight and my waitress was Desiree she was awesome as for her when you come!!! 😉😁Our waitress was not professional at all! She seemed as though we were annoying her! Everytime we requested something, she would respond with "what!" She was also rude to her coworker...I understand being short staffed, but you must be professional and courteous at ALL times! When I received my entrée, hair was in my food and she brushed it under the rug, not offering to take it off my ticket! Let me be clear, I'm not here to get" free" food, it was the service that had me feeling disrespected!However, I do want to applaud the manager, Stephanie who was very helpful in this situation... Thanks Stephanie!! We will come again because Stephanie, the manager resolved the situation!

4 of us visited this restaurant on Sunday around noon and ordered some brunch dishes. The omelette I ordered was good and hot, and had the extra cheese and mushrooms I ordered. My husband's french toast meal ended up getting cold before he could get the other condiments he requested. The manager on duty, Jamel, was professional and prompt in correcting the matter. We appreciate Jamel's great customer service!

Always had really nice servers here. Food is always yummy. Sometimes it can take quite a while to come out. The vibe and atmosphere is a little dark for my liking. Not much lighting and not lively. Kinda a dungeon feel. Love their free pie Wednesday and they often have coupons in the mail, especially if you live in Brier Creek. They need to put some new carpet it because the last few times I've been, there has been a smell. I've done to go orders about 3 times, but they didn't go too well. I always had something missing such as no dipping sauce, no ranch for my salad, no bread (which is amazing by the way), etc. I can say I like the Cary location better though because it feels more youthful there.

Lots to like - kids eat free, abundant 20% off coupons, easy to take the little ones, the food is several notches up from somewhere like Applebees... But service is always so slow. They only usually seat about 60% of the tables even when there is a wait, so I guess it's staffing issues in front and back.

Food is good. Drinks are good. Good atmosphere

Service is great, the yeast rolls are very tasty, but the food is lacking. Had to send my burger back b/c it came out rare (red). Also, quite greasy. The salad was good, though. I've given this place a few tries. I don't think I'll be going back.

Came in to celebrate my birthday today. Was told a 15 minute wait and ended up waiting for over 30 minutes. Got to our booth and 15 minutes had past before we stopped a waitress to ask if we could have some drinks. She apologized for us not having been waited on yet. Her name was Gloria and she took our order for drinks AND food, even though it was not her table...she took us on anyways. She is the reason for my 4 star review. The waitress who was supposed to be waiting on us came by 5 minutes after our order was finally taken to "welcome us". We told her "we've already been welcomed and waited on, so thanks anyways". Thank you Gloria, she is a wonderful waitress who was very patient and personable. We let the manager know as well. They also offered me a free dessert. So, in closing...ups, downs, and all...amazing food and a great waitress can really make the difference between 1 and 5 stars. Thanks Gloria!

Just goooooood food... With even better service.

Had the devil eggs as appetizers. The ribs and chicken tenders were good. The service was okay but the wait on the food was horrible and the place was not busy. The manager gave us half off our entrees.

We were there on a thursday evening during an all you can eat white fish day. Well, they ran out of whiting so the manager offered cod. We accepted and it was fantastic. Our server was really good also. I highly recommend the Brier Creek location. It's always good.

Wow!! Service was amazing! Our waitress, Renee, was super outgoing and really nice. She makes you feel welcomed and with the lunch rush she maked sure we didn’t feel like we were forgotten about. My friend didn’t like her food and the manager came back to ask us what was wrong and if there was anything he could get us to make up for it. They took her meal off the bill and continued to apologize. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I’m happy with my experience while I was visiting Raleigh!

Excellent lunch dining experience.I arrived early and said that I wanted to color. I was given what I needed and had fun while waiting for my guests.Chris was a terrific waiter. He took our specialized orders—then, made sure we got what we wanted. Our food was served by another person and she was very nice. Chris came to see if we needed anything else. We did.After we had time to enjoy our lunch, another woman checked to make sure that our lunch was perfect. It was.We also enjoyed telling about NC to Chris and how he is from Rochester, NY.We had a wonderful time and lunch!!!
