I’ve rated them a 3 because I’ve been there several times and some experiences have been good and some not so much. Biggest thing I will say is every time my boyfriend has ordered a steak there it is never cooked they way he ask for it. I get my steaks well done so typically unless I get lucky my steaks get burnt but that’s anywhere I go. They do have a good Cajun chicken pasta that I like a lot so I definitely recommend giving them a try just maybe not the steaks. Also we typically go to dinner early to avoid long waits so I’ve never waited an extremely long time there.

The delivery food and service were excellent. Fried fish, shrimp, and chicken tenders were tasty and crunchy. Everything we could have possibly needed was included. The pie was very good. Will definitely order again.

Had lunch today and it was outstanding. The food was good and hot even though we had a large party. The service was a little slow but everyone was very friendly. Plus free pie on Wednesday. The rolls are wonderful

It was good. Delicious food. Service attentiveness and frequency could be improved. One couple got up and left because they had been seated and never served. I personally had very little issue.

Went for a Late dinner after being in the road all day.. I had the honey drizzle fried chicken which was good and this pain chiller drink.. The drink taste just like juice very light and I didn't taste or feel any kind of Alcohol in it at all so I'll probably never buy mixed drinks from here again because this the 3rd time I've got mixed drinks and that was just juice normally after 2 drinks I'm good and can feel it but not here and for $8 each its not worth it you'll be better off just being a shot 😒

O'Charley's Curbside To-Go - wait outside for in our parking lot only to then have to go inside and wait 20+ minutes for your food. They may have signs, but they are not serious about being a convenient option for curbside or to-go options. This happens ALL THE TIME. Once you get the food, it is good and reasonably priced.

Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. The restaurant was spotless in the dinning area. Food was great. Prices of food where on par with quality of the food. The drinks where a little high at 8 bucks a mixed drink but did have great flavor and were made well.Me and my wife will be returning to try the prime rib meal for two.

I don't normally get the club sandwich but I did today. The bread was soft, the amount of meat, cheese, lettuce and tomato was pretty good and filling. I would get it again.The pumpkin pie was worth getting as well.

Cajon Chicken Pasta is a MUST. Delicious A.F.! You will not be disappointed. My friend says his hamburger is definitely on point and worth the stop!!!

Today was the first time we visited the O'Charley's on Wards Rd. in Lynchburg and I must say, it was an excellent experience. Yvonne was our server for lunch. She was training a new girl. They were both extremely attentive and helpful with suggestions. I decided on the bottomless soup and salad. The soup I had was like a chicken pot pie soup, my son had the kids shrimp and oranges. All of it was amazing. We will be back!
