O'Charley's

Chain restaurant in Greenwood on SR 135. Food was cold when brought out. Disappointed. On free pie day. It is crazy. Not an excuse for cold food !

As always the food and service. Was great. We always eat in the bar area. Brandy is the best.

Great variety of food options. Good prices.

They are great staff. Nice managers and very professional. Our waitress Ida was amazing and very fast and up kept on everything. Dave the manager was always making sure everything was great and perfect to our liking 5 stars all around definitely recommend everyone here!

Service was phenomenal and the food is delicious! Thank you for treating our first grade performer like a shining star!

Super good service! Food was fast, fresh and hot. There was a minor issue with one plate of food and Bob, the manager, had that plate of food totally remade. He didn't have to remake the entire plate since the issue was only with 1 item but he did it anyway! Thanks Bob!!

Food was great but observed that kitchen staff was not all wearing masks.

I went to the O'Charley's down off of 135 towards greenwood. I think the restaurant has slowly been going downhill. Not just this restaurant but the chain is a hole. Seems like they're cutting costs quite a bit. The rolls are nothing like they used to be. The weights seem to be getting longer almost as if they are cutting staff in a way to cut cost. The food was okay the experience was okay but I do believe that they're trying to cut cost for some reason and it shows when you go to their restaurants

Fast friendly service with a smile I have a family of 8 and we enjoy it....The food is always hot and taste-E at a good price

To go family meal of chicken strips was outstanding! Great service and great food. Employees bringing out food with masks and gloves which shows how much they care about trying to make people feel safe.Some places are not that thoughtful. O’Charleys gave us the best food and price of any place we have ordered.

Lesson learned! Dont order to go on a friday night. I spent 60$ for prime rib and baby back ribs and it was cold. The sides of broccoli were not all the way cooked and none of my sides were filled to the inside notch that shows you where to fill it to on the container.

The salmon was great, everything tasted very good. Made my evening with Daughter and Grandchildren. Thank You.

This was our first time visiting this location and in my opinion the worst O'Charley's I've ever been to. Our waiter was on something and he wasn't to attentive to myself and my daughter. The place wasn't very clean at all and there were enough employees not doing much that could of been doing just that. This restaurant seemed a bit run down. Also on the receipt it has a suggested tip printed and is not correct, with or without tax. Very sad and upsetting for this location.

Little pricey, but overall nice atmosphere good food and the server Paige was awesome! Will visit again!

I love their salads and entrees. Yeast rolls are wonderful.I would like to see new tables. The finishes are worn.
