Just got home to eat my supper first time ordering and eating here so wanted to give it a try and I will never go back again we had to wait over an hour just to get our food when it was supposed to be ready at a certain time Had to go inside multiple times just to ask about the food and it still wasn’t ready the lady’s was nice but all the food was cold when we got home most of it was missing and wasn’t the right food that we ordered and they was out of the pecan pie so they replaced it and got us different ones so that was a plus but I am definitely not happy with my visit for it being the first time me being there.....

There under 10.00 meal.. the blackened fish Was good!! Peach tea was nasty !! Apple pie was cold a hard! !

Awful service. None of our orders were right. Chicken tasted like it had been cooked yesterday and we had 3 different chicken dishes. Very disappointed. We often go to another OCharleys and food is always great.

Just two weary travelers looking for a decent meal at a fair price. Our first visit to this chain and we were really pleased. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by the hostess and directed to our table. Our server, Morgan, was outstanding in both service and personality. We chose a couple of options off the $9.99 value meals and were thrilled with our choices. The chicken tenders were all white meat and lightly breaded, very tasty and plentiful. To top it all off we happened to be there on Wednesday which is free pie Wednesday. So for less than $10 we got a very filling and tasty meal plus a wonderful dessert. Give this place a try, you won't be sorry.

I love coming in here to see Kim Sneed every weekday. Top class service. Sofo is great too!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at o charley’s. Ordered a to go and the women who took my order was not listening to me at all and rushed the whole process. Got to restaurant and we were missing things from our meal. Very disappointed.

First time eating at an O'Charley's and it was excellent with great service. Food was hot and delivered quickly.

Bread cold half the size it use to be and denser in texture less flavor. Potato soup less flavor to it this was take home and last visit inside restaurant 2 weeks ago the inside smells musty mildew. Keep going you will be ranking right there with Applebees yuck.

Steak was to thick,I like mine pink in the middle.Couldn't get it completely pink without burning the outside.

Well, it all started when once we sat they were understaffed.The food was fine,But around 9 pm on a Saturday the GM decided to have a company meeting.And left the floor empty---They close at 11My Birthday is tomorrow and I picked this place with my wife.Could hear yelling from the kitchen and ruined my appetite.The GM came out offered desert and $10 off my next visit.It was something i have never experienced before with The whole (time & place) situationJust in awe of how as a customer having to witness that.Unprofessional in my opinion.Would gladly spend my money elsewhere.

This is usually one of my favorite places. We eat here a couple times a week. But the last few times has not been so wonderful. The waiters finger was in the butter...and laid it on the table for us to eat...no apologies. Ordered steak...got chicken. Then waited 25 minutes for steak and it was so rare it was barely warm. The next time...tonight...we were there for the all you can eat catfish. It took 45 minutes to get out first plate...and it was barely warm. Put order In for more...took 28 minutes for 1 half piece of fish...put in another order and it took 27 minutes. We were there almost 2-1/2 hours...we were not the only ones. 4 tables behind us were having the same issues. I don't understand what's going on...i love this place. I do hope this is not the new norm.

We placed an order online, it is super simple to do and much easier than calling. Went to pick it up curbside at the time specified - 6:20. It wasn't ready, no big deal. My husband went to use the restroom while waiting for our food and he said it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Came back to the pick up counter and there was a lady waiting who had placed her order online at 5:30 and was still waiting. It was 6:35.... we got our order shortly after this. Got home to find I was missing my salad, the steak was cold, the mac n cheese was bland. The smashed potatoes were OK. Disappointed; I hope management reads this and steps up their game to keep up with the newer restaurants that are opening in Cleveland.

Sat at the bar. Place got real busy. Kim, the bartender did a wonderful job with as many as there were.

The service and food was wonderful. Our server was Kiersten, she was very attentive.
