O'Charley's

The cotton candy fizz was awesome, with free refills. We had the top shelf app and the fried cheese bites were to die for. The chicken pot pie was also super yummy! I'm visiting from RI but I wish we had an O'Charley's back home.

Said online they were doing curbside pickup. Wouldn’t cancel my order when I got to the restaurant and saw that they’re actually requiring to customers to come inside. Pretty sure the only reason they’re allowing you to order “curbside” is so that you feel obligated to leave a good tip only to arrive and find out they do nothing for you when you get there. If you’re going to falsely advertise and require customers to come inside, the least you could do is require your employees to wear masks.

In giving back to the local restaurant I ordered dinner with two dessert. What I received was a slice of apple pie with mold on it and a chocolate pie that melted away to nothing, so disappointed. I spoke to the manager who gave me all kind of excuses from not doing curb pick-up because they don’t go out to the car as it may have a virus to not knowing how the mold got there. What a bunch of BS. I think I will start looking elsewhere for better service

Food was good and fulfilling as always! I love their seafood platter! It never disappoints! Very clean and nice atmosphere too. Recommended!

Classic chain Western food done well. great selections at very reasonable prices. lots of choices and combo options. Standard chicken fingers, fries and raspberry tea for pops, and fried cod and shrimp combo with side of slaw and sweet potato fries for me. The beer menu was very standard unfortunately. not a porter or stout to be found. Tajh the server was awesome. Pops gave the fried food two thumbs up. Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside.The coleslaw was excellent, not to wet or dry. Very satisfied with the food and the dining experience. O'Charley's seems to be able to guarantee quality from store to store.
