O'Charley's

I order via carry out. I checked my order and realized that one of my entrees was missing. I informed the carry out worker he brought it out to me in the to go container, he do not even bother to place it in a bag nor did he apologize for not including the entree. There were also no silverware or napkins in the bag. The food was 3/5 but the service is about a 1/5.

We went during the rush and our server was speed walking to make sure we didn't have to wait. She gave great food suggestions and everything was cooked exactly how we ordered it. I had the whole family with me and we had a blast thanks to their dedication to service. Thanks for the great time!

We picked up 4 different meals for my Birthday recently, and although I was skeptical of picking up instead of eating in, we were pleasantly surprised by how fabulous all of our meals were! The salmon was amazing, and cooked perfectly, fresh salads, rolls, pasta, burger, all were excellent!
