Oceanfront Grille

View was great. Steak n potatoes were good. Really loved the hushpuppies! Brandy made great recommendations, was kind, & engaging, all while serving us quickly!

The whole seating area is outside on a raised covered deck overlooking the ocean - awesome. The ambiance was wonderful. The food was pretty good. Now for the bad parts. There's a large swimming pool below the covered seating area, blocking part of your view of the ocean. Some of the food was a bit too pricey for the portion and the quality. It wasn't that it was bad, it just didn't match with the cost. Lastly, as it got dark out, the lights overhead attacked a swarm of insects. It got so bad in fact, we had to hurry out of there after we ate. Do with this review what you will.

We love this place! Our only gripe is that it's too popular -- hard to get a reservation during busy weeks. Brandi is an especially cool server :)

The food was fantastic here! Excellent service and atmosphere. If you come here definitely sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the dunes and over look a beautiful pool. The crab cake and scallops were incredible. Good kids menu items also. Great little spot, although slightly tough to find the first time.

Amazing customer service! My wife, son and mother-in-law tried The Oceanfront Grille for the first time on rainy windy Tuesday night. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. Kelly our waitress/manager went above and beyond to make our evening amazing. Our 2 year old has definitely experiencing the terrible 2's which can make our dining experience miserable, Kelly saw this happening and as she brought out our dinners whisked our son away and kept him busy so we were able to eat our meals at a normal pace! The food was great as well! Kelly and her colleague made our dining experience one of the best we had when our son is self destructing!

Would have been 5 Stars but...There were 3 big parties next to us that were very loud AND they took most of the waitress attention. I needed a refill on tea before dinner came out but I never got it. I was going to ask but she never came back to check on us.Crab cakes were awesome and the shrimp Wellington was interestingly good. Kind of small for the $$$After dinner the waitress never came back. So I just put the credit on the table.A note on parking: follow the sign not Google maps. Google maps takes you to the shipping loading dock. Once you enter the neighborhood follow the signs. In the parking lot there is a sign that said permits required towing enforcement. Once you enter pool deck for the restaurant there is a sign that says after 5pm no parking permit needed. Also wrist bands do not seem to be needed for the restaurant.

Good food great service. Loved the hush puppies, Brie app special, lamb chops, and crab cakes. Will go back again on our next visit. Worth the wait.
