Well, the price list in the hut says $12 for a standard chair but we were told the prices went up to $15. That is NOT right. I feel you should honor your posted price list.

This beach is a sad joke. Service is subpar. Hotel guests are charged extra for umbrellas. One time we as hotel guests were sent away because there were no beach chairs available anymore. Prices of offered beverages are outrageous.

I enjoyed Ashanti and Sarah while at the beach. Very helpful and professional.

Love their beach chair rentals, especially the luxury chairs with the fitted towel sheets! Makes coming to the beach so easy and comfortable! Leave the beach bag at home and use boucher!

It was nice as hell the guy Charles was on point he help us out alot. And he pointed us into the right direction wit the jet ski's and helped us wit out umbrella and chairs. We stayed at the Washington park hotel so he was very helpful.

Ashanti was super helpful! He had great knowledge of the area and gave excellent directions on how to enjoy a true Miami experience. Eugene worked with him and also assisted us with making our stay on the beach most pleasant. Thanks guys for a job well done. I will look for you both on my return to South Beach

the boca beach club operation is horrendous they got kids sprinting to set up these chairs the management treats the employees like there next to nothing i feel bad for these kids and to find out there doing this for 8 dollars a hour..... god bless them this company is a joke

Came in for vacation and jet skis just goes with miami. Bouche brothers jet skis are new models and safe. Price is reasonable and customer service awesome!

This is the company for hospitality on the beach and more! Almost entire Sobe is under Boucher Brothers’s umbrella!

Lied to and disrespected in front of my face to get told I’m SOL basically shut up and wait it’s not their fault their staff literally lied to my face as I’m looking at them give preference to other people for no apparent reason. I asked the employee directly why did you lie to us about the specific situation he had no response and oh well I wasn’t but now it is and it wasn’t open before in 2 minutes as I’m looking at them the entire time this happened. DO NOT USE THEM. PLENTY OF OTHER VENDORS. Specially number 14 on south beach and whoever was the lead at the time. I don’t know how they hire this type of staff.

While I was sitting on the beach the employees moving the tent hit me with it and all the sand on it fell on top of me! It was very rude and they did not apologize. It was two males one of them looked much like a Neanderthal. Very rude.

Unfortunately this monopoly leads to bad customer experience indeed. People there performe hard work for 10 usd per houre while 80 usd are charged for sunbeds that are so close together that you literally cant walk to the sea. As a business its genious but as a customer a total no-go.

Bernardo and Christian service was exceptional the way they We’re so accommodating to me and girlfriend here in Miami for the weekend. Not only did they give us great dining suggestions but they made sure we always got our favorite spot on the beach five star all the way. I love it

Paid $20 for just and umbrella (way too overpriced in my opinion) then about 2 hrs later some guy started to close all the umbrellas including ours due to safety reasons???...I asked him to explain or provide details but he kept walking saying there is no refund....if you dont want to be robbed or rhave your day ruined at the beach stay away from them.

Such a great deal and excellent service! Will was super accommodating and friendly. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing day, close to the water!
