This place is OK. The food is meh and the service is a little rude. Also, the decor is pretty good and it's in a pretty convenient location.

My first time having Dim Sum and it was interesting especially because most of the staff spoke Chinese and barely any English but I was able to get my way through everything. Asked as much as I could about everything I did not recognize and it was pretty good. I would do it again

One of the better Tim sum places in Philly Chinatown.

Very satisfied with this spot. Brought by friends who live in Philly, so I was expectant and, thankfully, my expectations were met! We ordered a bunch of things, but my favorites were the salt and pepper octopus, fried fish and Peking duck. Definitely worth it to eat here, and the more the merrier! That way you can order more dishes family style and try everything.

Sunday brunch dim sum service is fantastic. You are seated, and the fresh food rolls around on carts and you can pick and choose which items youd like. Typical pricing averages to be between 20-35 per person depending on how much you eat. (Your bill is tallied by how many types of dishes you chose). Best time to guarantee a seat is between 10:00 and 10:45am before the crowd fills up. Plan on 10:30 as you'll be there long enough for a larger variety of dishes to come out (some of the more savory dishes and items come out closer to 11:30 to noon). Timing is important if you would like a quick seating!

Great old Hong Kong style dim sum place. I took my mom there and she said it’s better than the dim sum in Beijing (well there’s just no good dim sum place there). I especially like the large variety of choices. They serves all kinds of dim sum you can think about. The staff could be a bit “intimidating” for people who are not familiar with traditional dim sum restaurant, but they are all nice and tentative actually.

The food is good. Place is full durimg Lunch time. Most of the customers are Chinese so I figure this must really be a good place to try Chinese food. Customer relation services is totally limited to a blank stare or a few syllables grunted or uttered loudly. Hard to get their attention.

With so many dim sum places to choose from, this one is still the best. The line to get a table was too long once, so we went somewhere else and discovered why the line here can be so long. They do the carts here, so you don't have to know anything to order. Come with a big group so you can try everything. Then reorder your favorites. Shui mai is always a big hit and try the bbq pork steamed buns.

Ocean Harbour has become one of my go to spots for authentic Chinese food in philadelphia. The quality here is fantastic and the service is very friendly. It can get super crowded at times, but don't let that deter you, it's worth the wait. Take out is also a great option if you can't dine in and they don't cheap out on quantity. If you want great Chinese food, this is your spot.

We wait 15 minutes for the table. Crowded on Saturday. Parking very very hard. The prices are similar like other dimsum place. The taste.. I like it better at wokano, sorry. But if you re in China town with friends and looking for something to eat you should try this reataurant.

Very old style setting. Very disappointed on the honey roasted pork .. it's tough and not tasty. But the servants are friendly. They willy to customize the food even it's not on the menu. The restaurant seems to have their regular customers. They can adress their customers by name.

Questions & Answers

Most if not all dishes are flavoured with soy sauce, so I would have to say no.
