Number One Chinese Restaurant

Impressive exterior and interior, the place is huge and lovely decorated. The staff was friendly and more than happy to assist, however, the portions were rather small. Not what I consider value for money but worth a visit.

I have rarely experienced such a level of hospitality. I came for dinner after a long day of meetings visiting the city. Our waiter. Chi, was the kindest, most thoughtful and attentive server I've encountered in years. He advised us on menu items that were vegetarian, and was pleasant and funny in a way that felt like we had been coming to this restaurant for years. Plus the food was delicious and the view and setting were spectacular. I will be back, and you should go if you're thinking about it. If you can, ask for Chi.

Looks nice, food ok but service not good. Most of us were served except 2. 1 got their meal 10 minutes later and the other at least 20 minutes later by which time most of us had finished. Also I ordered a half pint of draught larger and was served a bottle. I'm going a bit 50/50 on this one but probably won't visit again.
