Nuflours is a Seattle gluten free bakery that serves nutricious yet delicious cookies, cakes, savory pastries and breads that uses only the finest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. Operating out of a dedicated gluten free facility, all our products are gluten and peanut free. Soy, corn, egg and/or dairy free options are also available.

Best place on earth. Everything is Gluten Free. They have a lot of vegan options. The sandwiches r so amazing. They have cakes and cool bakery.

I'm not gluten intolerant but my best friend is. Very good baked goods. Delicious chocolate eclairs and lemon bars. Also good coldbrew coffee. Their flower is made from potato, sorghum and 2 others i can't remember.

Yes! We'll have some for grab-and-go, but I recommend preordering if you absolutely want them! Comes in a bag of 6, available through Easter Sunday!
