Nuevo Taco Loco

I rarely write reviews for restaurants but this restaurant deserves one. I order from El Nuevo like 3 times a week. It's one of the best Mexican food restaurants I've ever had. The food tastes super fresh. Most Mexican restaurants just seem so unhealthy and the ingredients suspect BUT not this place. The food is great and the ladies that run this place always are happy and greet you with a smile. Order from here and you will be addicted!

What a hidden gem, this place serves up a fusion of Mexican and Puerto Rican dishes. Have a taste for a Jibarito or Jibarita? You can find it here!What do you get when you mix a Jibarito and supreme nachos? El Nuevo Taco Loco calls it Tostonachos, and I must say it taste heavenly. Traditional Mexican food is also found here and trust me they get the flavors right and have you coming back for more!When you walk In you can instantly tell the owners are humble and willing to accommodate any customer. The restaurant itself has space for large groups like friends and family but also handle delivery for people that want to stay home. I recommend this place to family friends and locals!

My husband and I recently had our rehearsal dinner at El Nuevo Taco Loco, and it was perfect! Great food and great service! BYOB too!!! The owners were so responsive and cared so very much to make the event wonderful! The food is delicious!!! Best homemade chips! All of our guests loved the food and atmosphere. We couldn't have been happier. This restaurant is great for a meal or an event!

Food was AWFUL.. Ordered from GrubHub, taco dinner and jibarito which both came with rice. My tacos were so soggy they literally fell apart when I picked them up to eat..the rice was disgusting with no flavor and the jibarito crumbled when I tried to pick it up. Tacos were salty , greasy and not edible... so dissatisfied, I threw both meals in the trash. I eat a lot of Mexican food, but this was by far the WORST TACOS , RICE AND BEANS AND JIBARITO I have ever had. I'm stunned by the reviews of this place having tasty food..those who said that, must not know how real Mexican food should taste. GrubHub called the restaurant 3 timesand they didn't pick up. Finally after the 4th time they answered and REFUSED A REFUND FOR THEIR DISGUSTING FOOD. will never order from here again. Don't waste your money, try another Mexican restaurant. IF I could rate ZERO stars I would.

Amazing milanesa and jibarito al pastor !!!

I used to practically live off of these guys at their original location on Balbo, and the food here is just as amazing as that place was 25 years ago! The chicken burrito suizo is craveworthy.

I wish I could give it a half star. Our server was also the cook food was on the bottom side of ok. Super slow but hey at least there’s a liquor store next door so you can BYOB, that’s why they get one star.
