Nudel Restaurant

A cozy restaurant with great food in a cute town. My favorite dish was our cheese appetizer - it was EXQUISITE. Couldn’t get enough of the jams that came with the Camembert. I ordered fish while my husband got the braised short rib I believe? The entrees were good, but my husband’s dish was a little bit dry. The dessert was amazing and light, and the peanut butter mousse was perfect and not overpowering in flavor. All in all, a great dinner.

I feel like this restaurant was very over hyped. I went with a group of three and I was the only one who didn't have complaints about my dish. The steak was very tough even though it was ordered as medium. Also be aware there is no liquor here, it's beer and wine only and not a great local selection of either. Overall, it did not live up to expectations.

Excellent restaurant with a nice, modern atmosphere. The menu changes weekly, but featured below was a delicious grilled trout and a beet lettuce salad with pistachios. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will be back!

We LOVED sitting at the "bar" seats with a view of the kitchen. It was like having dinner and a show and we got to see a preview of all the items as they came out to help us decide what to order. The chef seems like a cool guy who really cares about the food he's putting out. Everything we got was excellent. Highly recommended!
