At Novo, artisanal pizza, classic pastas, sumptuous salads and appetizers pair with a refreshing list of Italian wines, while our array of artisanal pizze is hand stretched to order, with a characteristically blistered, billowy crust, and ultra-fresh toppings, from our locally crafted mozzarella to our house-made marinara. Our pasta is made fresh, in-house - everyday. Freshly spun gelato artigianale satisfies your sweet tooth - we spin it in-house fresh every day, and offer classic Italian flavors such as stracciatella and pistachio, as well as seasonal, whimsical inspirations - from banana pudding, Almond Joy and fresh strawberry to cherry cheesecake. We also invite you to explore the area's only menu of inventive affogato offerings, where we marry a scoop of sorbetto or gelato with a shot of liqueur - we'll pour to your liking or offer an inventive pairing of our own. Novo Cucina is a very impressive restaurant architecturally. I loved the design, the in and out, the staging, all was so contemporary and well thought out. The app of risotto croquettes stuffed with tasty sausage was delicate and perfect. The porcini cream on my pasta mixed with mushrooms was so smooth and so creamy, I sailed away with enjoyment. I can heartily recommend this restaurant and look forward to my own return.
