Uber / Lifting

Yes, you should be able to buy on line and have it send to the hotel. The front desk will receive the package on your behalf, then you can easily stop by the front desk to pick the package up.

Yes we got free WiFi during our stay

Maybe you can go through uber / Lyft

20-25 minute walk. There's also a metro station one street over that will take you just about in DC.
