Nothing Bundt Cakes

I went in to pick up an order for work that my boss had placed. Upon arrival I had discovered she had placed the order for another location, as they didn’t have our order at that store. The wonderful people at the counter and the manager were able to contact the other location and find out what she had ordered and put together the order right there on the spot. Amazing customer service! Thank you again!!

The shop is nice but they left the front door unlocked . They here were about 7 customers there we were just waiting for someone for a while thinking someone might come and take orders.

Great product awful manager in Merrillville, often closed when I've stopped and give misinformation. Charged twice for 1 online order. Go for the special flavors and always out of them.

I ordered a birthday bundt cake with a special note along with 2 birthday candles and received a confirmation email of delivery time frame of 10am - 1pm and was already charged for the order. It was past 1pm and no delivery yet. I called several times and couldn't get through, and finally, they answered. They were confused about the order and advised that I speak to the manager, Michael. Michael sounded like he had no idea about my delivery order and then said, "Oh, I see it, and we will get it out to you." I then asked, is it ready? He said it has been chilled, and we will bring it to you now. Had I not called, who knows if I would have received the cake at all. When the order was delivered, they forgot the 2 individual number candles and the personal message, which I was charged extra for. I will say the manager was very apologetic and did give me extra mini bundt cakes and made a second delivery trip for the missing items. This was a horrible first impression of this new location, but the manager and the lady who made the delivery made me realize mistakes can happen, and second chances are a thing.

Exceptional cakes, not a fan of lemon BUT even that one is good!!!

You guys need to try the 🍋 cake, it is the greatest. Enjoy you some dessert, you will not regret it.
