This place is great!! The people working there are so friendly!! The cakes are AMAZING. Also for a minimal fee they deliver. My whole week just got a lot better!! Thank you so much!

I placed an order for a surprise delivery to my brother’s place of business for his bday. No one was at the office (totally my fault for not confirming someone would be there) so I had asked the delivery driver if he would take the order back to the bakery. I had my brother pick up his order the next day since it was late in the day already (a dozen bundtinis, a customized card, balloons and a pendent flag.) He received the cakes, but no extras. Not THAT big of a deal even though I was bummed because there was a joke within the card and the pendent flag. I called the store to get a refund. The rep was super apologetic but his manager would only approve a store refund to THIS location. I live 2 hours away-the whole reason I opted for delivery and didn’t just pick up the order myself.

First thing I love the interior decor of the shop. I could spend the entire day inside without ever being tempted to eat one of the cakes. Its such an adorable relaxing place. I stopped on my way to work and picked up two cakes (red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip for someone whose birthday was today ). Kelleigh assisted me with her nice bubbly personality and smile.Her colleague was behind the scene and cellophone wrapped the chocolate cake for the birthday girl. I chose a pink checked ribbon they included a small happy birthday sign. A cute little clothes pin was attached to the gift card that I had wrote a message and signed. Both ladies were happy and excited about receiving their nothing bundt cakes.

So happy NBC has arrived in my area! The shop is darling, the people are very helpful and friendly and the cakes are delicious! Many thanks to the staff that work so hard to make it a fun experience.

I absolutely love this location! I heard about it when the manager came out to my office to let us know that they were opening a new location in Lewisville. Since they've opened, I've been there no less than 5 times. I love the quick quality service. And the people that work there are simply amazing. I'll definitely be back multiple times throughout the year. Keep up the excellent work!
