Reliable neighborhood place, steps from NYU and Washington Square. A gathering place for professors and happy tourists staying in the little hotel upstairs. Nice staff, perfectly fine food. Their veggie burger is yummy.

If you're staying at the hotel, you can get your free breakfast here. One side of the menu lists items included on the continental breakfast. You can add eggs, meat, pancakes, etc. at reasonable prices.

Went here for the baked goods basket at brunch which I remembered to be amazing. They hardly had anything available and the main courses were sadly what you expect at a hotel-overpriced and bland. Service and atmosphere was nice though.
